The house offers a beautiful living room with fully equipped open kitchen, a very pleasant terrace facing south and a high ceiling in the rooms with a clear view. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a heated swimming pool during the summer (from May until the end of September). Everything is new, for 4 people in a very quiet hamlet, direct view of the Châteliers Abbey, the sea is less than 100 m away, small sea view from the house. You will have 2 bedrooms to rest in, 1 with a 160 bed and the 2nd with 2 80 beds that can be brought together to make a 160. Large shower room with Velux, toilet, fully equipped kitchen. Terrace with green space and private petanque court.

The annex includes a terrace and a courtyard to enjoy the outdoors. (watch your step when opening the gate) Access to private and independent accommodation. The accommodation is accessible by Rue de la Danaë, park and access by a small pedestrian alley to the accommodation (70 meters away)
