Perfectly equipped house, ideal for a stay for a couple.

Ideal accommodation for a family holiday (we were two adults and two children)! The house is close to shops/restaurants and a 15min walk to the beach. The space is spacious and includes everything we needed (special mention for the many puzzles, games and children's books)! We recommend:)

We had a splendid time at Emmanuel's place. Our family of five stayed for a week and felt right at home. The house had all we needed to feel comfortable, and it was very clean. We loved the beautiful garden in particular. Also, the location is great. It's a very pretty residential neighborhood, in close walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants, and all the central port area has to offer. Wish we had stayed longer! We had a wonderful time, and we would gladly return to Marie and Emmanuel's place and to La Rochelle.

Lovely house, great location, walking distance to the town through a pretty park. Pool was fabulous and a great temperature. Photos don’t do the house justice. Glad we had fans in the bedrooms! Thank you Jihane and Morgann for letting us use your lovely home!

Absolutely fabulous stay at La Maison Cajou! The accommodation is of incredible beauty, decorated with great taste, everything is refined, warm and perfectly thought out for the comfort of the guests. The welcome was exceptional: caring, caring, all in simplicity and generosity. In addition, the house is ideally located in the center, only 3 minutes walk from the Old Port, close to the market and all amenities, on a pedestrian street, which guarantees absolute calm. We had a great stay in Jany's atypical accommodation. The accommodation is very spacious and very well located. Jany and Lolita are very welcoming. The large garage is really a plus for parking a large car. If you have a 2nd large car, there is a parking lot nearby that operates 24 hours a day. Access is nevertheless a little complicated because of the many one-way streets on one side and on the other side you need a map. If the opportunity arises, I will gladly return to this very well decorated accommodation. Thank you Jany and Lolita!

Spacious accommodation, very clean and beautifully decorated. The terrace is really very pleasant. Well located in the heart of St Denis d'Oléron to stroll and shop on a daily basis. Accommodation located just 5 minutes by bike from the beach and the port. Very good welcome by Marylène with good tips for discovering the surroundings. I would highly recommend it

We had a great time at Matthieu and Christophe's. The house is perfect for a family stay (we have babies and it had everything it needed and of super quality🙏) or with friends! the house is very well equipped, tastefully decorated, very clean. The patio is a real asset. Matthieu and Christophe are very nice and attentive 🤩 Anyway, we recommend it ++ Our only small downside is the lack of shops within walking distance but by bike and car it's perfect! And the accommodation is convenient to go to La Rochelle or L 'île de Ré for example and you can find oyster farmers close to home!

Very well located accommodation, close to the port, the beach and shops and restaurants. Very nice little outdoor space. Three beautiful spacious bedrooms and beautiful living room. Everything was perfect, very good welcome and very good communication from Katia.

We had a great time with the family at Bernard's place. A beautiful house where you feel so good... Very clean, very well-equipped and so warm. We were 10, 5 adults and 5 children from 4 to 17 years old and everyone felt good! The private parking space within a 3 minute walk is very nice. Then everything is on foot, very nice little town, the harbor, the beach... Nicolas was perfect to welcome us: accommodating, pleasant and responsive. Thanks

Guillaume was the perfect host, and his property served our needs perfectly. Beautiful, quiet, peaceful location close to the market and supermarket. Le Bois Plage is gorgeous. Guillaume responds promptly to all questions. Everything was so easy. Highly recommended.

We stayed five nights in June 2024 in Simona's charming house with our little dog, and we had a great time. The accommodation is as described: spacious, clean, very well-equipped and pleasant to live in. We enjoyed the small garden at the front, perfect for enjoying the sun in peace. The location is ideal: central but in a very quiet residential area, which allows you to do everything on foot while enjoying a peaceful environment. Simona was very available and responsive throughout our stay. We strongly recommend this listing and will not hesitate to return!
