We welcome you to a renovated 65 m2 cottage (4/6 people) located in the center of the village of Champtoceaux – Orée d'Anjou, close to all amenities, and 30 km east of Nantes. You will stay in one of the oldest buildings in the village, in a completely renovated place that has retained its character. Pass by the viewpoint on the Loire and in the park opposite the cottage, before setting off to discover this multifaceted region! See you soon.

Country stay with all amenities

We suggest you stay in the village of Le Cellier close to shops and transport in a cottage renovated in 2012 and decorated with diverted objects and furniture. This accommodation has a living room with a BZ for sleeping and kitchen on the ground floor, a private courtyard, a courtyard (bikes, linen...). Upstairs, you will find a bedroom (queen bed), the bathroom and toilet. Numerous walks on the banks of the Loire, flows..., various protests and visits are on the rendezvous.

Cozy nest, quiet, in the center.

Delightful T1 bis in hyper center. Great location, restaurants, theater, cinemas, shops, museums, everything is at the foot of the apartment. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a beautiful 19th century building. The granite staircase is wide. Rue Jean Jacques is a very lively pedestrian street, but the advantage of our apartment is that it overlooks a very quiet private courtyard secured by 2 closed doors. Bike racks are provided (up to 2) so they will be safe.

You'll love the stylish decor of this charming townhouse with its large bay window overlooking a 15m2 green terrace. The Chantenay district, a former workers' stronghold, due to the shipyards and large factories on the banks of the Loire, is now looking like a village in the city! . You will find local shops in Place Jean Macé 10 minutes walk, bakery, organic grocery store, tobacconist, Vival convenience store, wine cellar, restaurants, bars...

Stopover on the banks of the Loire

Located on the banks of the Loire a few kilometers from Nantes, Escale 175 welcomes you in a warm and elegant atmosphere. Facing the island of Pierre Percée, enjoy the green spaces, playgrounds and picnic areas, Ginguette ... but also restaurants just around the corner. If you travel by bike along the "Vélodyssée" or a circuit of the "Loire à Vélo", a bike room has been specially arranged in the house. By car, you can park almost outside the door!

Nice 30 m2 studio, completely new (2023) Located in the southern district of Vertou, opposite the vineyards and 5 minutes from the Pôle Sud shopping center. Direct access to walking tours from the house. 20 minutes' drive from the center of Nantes. The apartment is adjacent to our house, with a private parking space. Ideal for working during the week or your weekend getaways! Quiet neighborhood, accessible only by car.

Studio on the banks of the Loire

In a 20 m2 home, we offer a bedroom (mezzanine bed) with bathroom and a kitchenette. Our house is on the banks of the Loire with quick access to a pedestrian path. Close to Mauves train station (4 km), 15 minutes by car from Nantes. There is no parking in front of the house but possibility for a car at 50 m and in the adjoining streets for a bigger vehicle. The street is very transient and requires vigilance when walking.

30 m2 studio adjoining our house,with independent access. 20 minutes from Nantes by car and 3.5 km from Mauves train station (Nantes 13 minutes). Close to the city center with all shops; bakery, butcher, restaurant, grocery store, shopping center. For 2 guests double bed and possibility for another person( bench bed), an extra charge will be requested). Cosy apartment for 2 travelers near Nantes, in the vineyard.

Fisherman's lodge by the water (in the village)

Unique location, very quiet. Newly renovated charming house. Under the trellis or on the veranda, by the water in a natural port of the Loire animated by migratory birds. 10-minute walk to the water, supervised swimming. At the foot of the slopes! (bike, walk). Boat and canoe rental, equestrian center and Loire cruises nearby. 15-minute drive to the Ile d'Or golf course. 20 minutes by train to Nantes.

La Chapelle-sur-Erdre: Studio Number 2

We welcome you in the heart of a very quiet village in the Chapelaine countryside. Attractive living space where you can prepare your meals if you wish. Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m., Check-out before 11am. For maximum freedom, your entrance is independent. €35 for one person's occupancy €55 for two people. Remember to select the right number of occupants! :)
