We had a great stay at Anne's, who is a very responsive host. The location of the apartment is ideal, quiet, 2 steps from the ocean. Right next to the apartment is a Spa Hotel Restaurant where we were able to eat, the meal and service are excellent, and the terrace offers an incredible view of the ocean.

The accommodation is perfect for a stay as a couple. The beach is barely 2 minutes' walk and shops are also accessible in 5 minutes' walk. This is the perfect place to park the car and enjoy. Everything is as described with quality materials. I highly recommend it!

The secure swimming pool and private access to the beach through a forest are a plus. many things available on site such as barbecue, well-equipped kitchen and games for children. Very nice renovation for this small quiet house 15 min walk to the beach. Ideal for couples or small families. We enjoyed the large enclosed garden, perfect for our dog. The accommodation is perfectly equipped and contact with Sébastien is very fluid and friendly. Perfect stay!

We had a great time at Antoine's place. Everything was as described, a very warm environment to feel at home. A terrace that is a plus on sunny days. The parking space and the bike room are really assets when you know the difficulty (and the price) of parking in Saint Martin. We strongly recommend!
