The apartment is in a very quiet neighborhood, about 1 km from the beach — it's nice to walk there. There is a place to park in the garden, and a small table outside to have breakfast overlooking the garden. The apartment is well-equipped, we found everything we needed. Host are very kind and available. There is no air conditioning, so it can be a little hot at night in summer.

I sincerely recommend Jessica's accommodation, on the one hand because it is absolutely impeccable with neat decoration and optimal layout and on the other hand for the location with private parking space and where you can do everything on foot. Jessica is really very nice and communication is great. I'd probably come back again.

We had a great stay in La Couarde sur Mer. Everything we needed was provided and the accommodation was easy to get to and check in to. The space was clean and tidy and shared pool was great too. Highly recommend!

This was a great apartment in a very convenient location. It was well stocked with all the basics and more. We had a couple of small issues: one of the toilets wasn’t working and we were missing a key. Neither was a big problem for us and we were assured they would be sorted for the next guests. Jessica and Jimmy were helpful, friendly and it was easy to communicate with them. We’d happily stay here again.

The outdoor area is simply splendid, a perfect setting for relaxation, ideal for recharging your batteries. Special mention to the pool, which is a significant asset. We'll be happy to go back!

It’s a fantastic location in a beautiful part of La Rochelle, a few minutes walk to the Port, shops, restaurants etc. The apartment was very well equipped with lovely views from the terrace including the use of the jacuzzi which was an added bonus. For young toddlers and people with mobility issues the stairs would be challenging. Would highly recommend this accommodation.

Very nice welcome from Frédéric. We stayed there on a long weekend with our baby, the studio space was quite sufficient. The common courtyard is very pleasant. Perfect location, with views of the port, shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity (without the associated noise pollution). Frédéric was very available for all questions. I recommend it.
