On site you will find sauna, billiards, foosball, bikes, ping pong, boat... The large 15,000 m2 garden is surrounded by fields and lined with poplars. A small pond is protected and surrounded by weeping willows with a pontoon.

Une Maison dans le Perche is a haven of peace in the heart of the Parc Naturel du Perche, 1h50 from Paris. An authentic 18th-century farmhouse that combines great comfort with country charm, thanks to a high standard renovation. No neighbor, only nature and a great experience of French countrylife in Normandy. In its large wild garden surrounded by pastures cows and horses graze. In addition to the 3 en-suite bedrooms, there's a solo room for a seventh traveler.

5 bedroom country cottage

The Gîte is an old percheron farmhouse facing the countryside where evenings with music are not allowed. It is located next to another house. There are 4 large bedrooms and 1 smaller bedroom. The 4 large bedrooms are with 90/190 beds that I put together for couples. There are 2 extra 90/190 folding beds. Located 5 minutes from the La Ferté-Bernard highway exit with its shops and activities which I invite you to look at on the tourist office.

Percheron Manor up to 30 people

Large property, old Percheron house that can accommodate up to 30 guests. Located high up overlooking the countryside, the main manor house consists of 7 bedrooms (16 people) and 7 bathrooms, a kitchen, a large dining room and 3 living rooms. The outbuildings have 6 double bedrooms. Each with bathroom. And 2 living/meeting rooms. It is possible to have a cook and service for meals or brunches. The estate has a forest of 21 hectares.
