The Annex, our accommodation is an outbuilding of the house not directly overlooked, with private access. Quiet and ideally located studio in Annecy Seynod, 5 min drive from the center of Annecy, 15 min by bus from the train station, 30 min walk from the center, 30 min drive from the ski slopes. Close to the mountains and the lake, you can enjoy the outdoor areas of the house as a couple or solo. Several parking spaces on site. The kitchen is equipped and the accommodation is air-conditioned if necessary.

Free parking facilities nearby (rare in Annecy). The bus passes in front of the property. Access to the station in 7 minutes by bus.
