Ideally located, at the foot of the city center... The quality of the location of the accommodation will allow you to fully enjoy all the attractions of the city. The apartment, completely renovated, is on the 4th floor. It has a separate bedroom and 2 balconies overlooking a large listed park. You will be 500 m from Albigny Beach and close to all the small shops in the neighborhood of the same name. For your information, the accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility, it is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. The proposed parking is located at the bottom of the building, it is an outdoor co-ownership parking lot with free placement.
