Welcome to the heart of a farmhouse renovated by us. You will stay in an outbuilding on our property. Accommodation located 5 minutes' drive from the city center, in a quiet countryside offering a green landscape. But also about 30 minutes from Mont Saint Michel, the beaches of Carolles, Jullouville, Kairon and Granville. Close to the highway to catch up with Caen or Rennes in just 1 hour. Direct access to the GR22 which passes in front of the gate. GR 22 which leads to Mont Saint Michel.

Close to AVRANCHES , bay of Mt St Michel, cottage of about 35 sqm. On the ground floor, living room and equipped kitchen (snack area, induction hob, fridge, microwave, washing machine, filter coffee makers + Tassimo). Upstairs: 1 bedroom with desk and 1 140x200 bed 1 small bedroom (<9m2) with 1 extra bed (independent of master bedroom), 1 bathroom Pleasure garden with private parking, garden table + picnic +BBQ Clear views of Avranches and Mt Saint Michel Bay.

My Preference Pool Sauna

You will stay in a comfortable cottage with an indoor pool heated to 30° all year round, sauna and treadmill, all in a beautiful 100 m2 room. Bed linen, bath towels and adult bathrobes are provided. Ideal for a relaxing or sporting holiday, possibility of tourist discoveries (15 minutes from Mt St Michel, 20 minutes from Granville, 20 minutes from St Malo, Cancale etc.) Discover the Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel, the Chausey Islands and its salt meadows sheep.

Between land and sea, this pretty corner of greenery is close to the bay of Mont-Saint-Michel, Cancale, Saint-Malo, Granville, the beaches of Carolles and Jullouville, and even the Chausey Islands. In addition, the region is rich in walks on foot or by bike (see Véloscénie route that connects Mont-Saint-Michel to Paris). A true haven of peace in the countryside.

Enjoy a stylish and cozy home, refurbished in 2023, located in the bay of Mont St Michel. Apartment in the heart of the historic district of Avranches where shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Ideal accommodation for business trips or romantic getaways. Quick access via the 4-lane highway to Mont St Michel (20 min) and St Malo (45 min). There are beautiful beaches 15 minutes away towards Granville. Free parking nearby.

Charming, peaceful, quiet and comfortable property with large capacity for hosting. Holiday rental for 9 people very well equipped, with 3 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Quality bedding, garden furniture, deckchairs and a beautiful park........ A small chalet can be made available to you if necessary at certain times of the year. (for 2 additional people) As indicated in the description, linens are not included in the rate.

Enjoy the tranquility of our second home, where you will find an atypical decoration composed of objects of all kinds. It is equipped to accommodate 6–8 people. Guests can enjoy the 2700 m² wooded garden. Summer: campfires, barbecues. Winter: wood-burning stove. The house is located at the entrance of a small Normandy village of 400 inhabitants. Pets aren't allowed.

Stunning Shabby chic home on the Cotentin coast, decorated to a high standard. The cottage is on the grounds of a large villa. It is in the centre of a very small village which has a bakery, small convenience shop, cafes and restaurants. It is a short walk to the beach. This is a convenient location for the Mont St Michel and exploring the Brittany/Normandie border.
