Located 15 minutes from the city center of Nantes and its castle, visit Trentemoult and its colorful houses, Take the Loire ferry to enjoy the typical market of Indre, visit Pornic and its small port, discover the banks of the Sèvre or the Erdre. On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers.
