Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers. The studio is very well arranged, you will find a fully equipped open kitchen (induction hob, fridge, combined microwave/rotating heat oven, toaster, coffee maker, Tassimo and kettle). The bedroom/living room is equipped with a 140 x 200 bed, an AndroidTV, a wardrobe and a dining table and a shower room. Non-smoking accommodation.
