Ideally located in the heart of the Pays de Retz region, near the Canal de la Martinière, on the Loire à Vélo and Vélodyssée routes, and close to the ocean. All shops are within walking distance. On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers. Close to the Loire circuit by bike (5 minutes on foot), 20 minutes from the center of Nantes, 5 minutes from Indret, 30 minutes from Pornic, 15 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from the Canal de La Martinière.

In the heart of an organic market gardening farm. Cottage for 4 people (2 beds on the mezzanine). Private shower, toilet and kitchenette. Linens and towels are provided. Bikes available for free. Fiber optics internet. Check-in from 4:00 p.m. (5:00 p.m. on Fridays). The cottage has no air conditioning, but it remains naturally cool in summer thanks to its thick stone walls and its insulation made of bio-based materials.
