Ground floor apartment 2 km from the village with grocery store, bakery, tobacco press, butcher, restaurant, hairdresser. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed. Sheets available living room with double sofa bed, possibility of adding a 3rd folding bed for 1 person on request with extra charge of €10 per night, TV, living room opens onto a new fitted and equipped kitchen.

Located in our beautiful countryside of Marmouillé, come and recharge your batteries at Les Racines, at the foot of the hiking trails in our family property that we have renovated with all our heart to make it a cozy and cocooning space. We tried to make sure that you are at home by bringing as much equipment as possible so that you do not miss anything. So, all you have to do is enjoy small moments of happiness and sharing with family or friends.

Charming little stone house typical of Normandy, in a small quiet village near the Haras National du Pin, the Mont-Ormel memorial, 1 hour from Caen The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster... The place has wifi and a TV. The bed in the bedroom is 160 cm by 200 cm and the second bed is located in the living room, a 140 cm sofa bed. Guests can enjoy a small garden with south-facing terrace.

The entrance and parking are independent so you can enjoy a private garden. Horse boxes can be rented for an additional fee. Close to the famous Haras du Pin that you can visit, so ideal for sightseeing, or if you participate in a competition or training... no pets allowed
