It is located in the heart of the village of Temple de Bretagne, in a strategic location (20 min from Nantes, 30 min from Saint-Nazaire and the beaches). Large spaces therefore divided between the living rooms on the ground floor and the sleeping area on the 2nd floor. Ideal for family or friends reunions but parties are not allowed

The cottage is 5 km from the RN 165, 15 km from the entrance to Nantes, 40 km from the beaches of the Côte de Jade and 50 km from La Baule

Situé à deux pas du centre-ville de Cordemais, ce studio spacieux et lumineux vous accueille pour un séjour confortable chez l’habitant. Idéalement placé, Cordemais se situe entre Nantes et Saint-Nazaire. Le logement est parfait aussi bien pour un séjour au vert, grâce aux sentiers environnants, que pour les personnes en déplacement professionnel dans la région. Ce logement offre un compromis idéal entre l’hôtel et la chambre chez l’habitant, avec toute l’autonomie nécessaire.

On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers.
