Quiet 2-person cottage, in the countryside (possibility of 4 people with the sofa). Located 30 min from Mont-Saint-Michel and 15 min from Fougères, this gîte (adjoining on one side with another gîte for 11 people) is the perfect base for exploring the local area. On the ground floor, a 20 m² living room with living room and equipped kitchen, opening onto a private terrace. Upstairs: a bedroom, toilet and separate shower room. A pétanque court is available, shared between the two cottages.

My place is good for couples and families. It is located in the center of a Rennes, Vitré, Fougères triangle: 25 min from Rennes, 20 min from Fougères and 15 min from Vitré. We are 1 hour from Saint Malo and Mont Saint Michel. You can park in the small courtyard just in front of the rental to get settled. Do not leave the car in this place during the day, it is our entrance. Parking possible in the church square 50 m above the accommodation.

Completely restored, the dormitory offers two double beds and two single beds, a desk area and a bathroom with shower. House ideally located to discover the region, it is located on the main street, close to all the shops nearby, Carrefour 200 meters away. Feel free to bring your bikes (private place available to drop them off safely); 500 meters away, you will find the start of the old railway line that will take you on one side to Mont Saint Michel (20 km) or on the other to Fougères (30 km)

Stunning Shabby chic home on the Cotentin coast, decorated to a high standard. The cottage is on the grounds of a large villa. It is in the centre of a very small village which has a bakery, small convenience shop, cafes and restaurants. It is a short walk to the beach. This is a convenient location for the Mont St Michel and exploring the Brittany/Normandie border.
