Holiday rentals with a patio in Lebec

Mario and Steph have a great place. They were very communicative and friendly. The condo was lovely, spacious, and comfortable. The complex was great too—easy to find parking (thanks to the instructions from the host), a lovely pool, and very secure. Just across the street from the Valencia Mall, there are TONS of food and shopping options in under a 5-minute walk. Next time I’m staying in the area, I hope this place will be available again!

i thought this was a great apartment for my current needs! i’m a current PA student that needed a place to stay for a month during rotations, and this was a great way to have a full apartment with all the typical amenities for a short period. the covered parking was great, nice apartment complex, and peaceful area while i was there! i would stay again if needed!

amazing stay. gorgeous home and very welcoming in a great neighborhood which can be hard in the Bakersfield area. refundable deposit required if you're a smoker or like to vape but happy to do it for the quality stay. would absolutely recommend and would stay again

Natty was really great. Place was just as advertised. It felt better than a hotel suite. Snacks and drinks for the guest were a plus. Walking distance to local gift shop and coffee shop was nice. Area felt safe overall.

Very responsive host, very clean house and outside area. Accessible to stores and food places. Host always available for questions or concerns. Quiet neighbors and spacious parking! Spacious house with many amenities included and toys for children to play with as well as floaters for the pool. Animal friendly and family welcoming. Will definitely try to book here again. My family loved it !

Such a great weekend! It was snowing and my daughters loved it! We didn’t even have to travel far either because there was enough snow surrounding the house that we were able to play and build snowman in. Irina was very accommodating and let us check in earlier! We had no problems with anything and the neighbors were even friendly and had helped us flatten out the snow on the driveway. Great time and the heater was very convenient! Close to town and beautiful scenery! Thank you for having us!

Jason’s place is fabulous! My husband and I stayed there while attending our friend’s wedding, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Jason was kind and helpful in all of our message exchanges. The home was beautifully decorated, clean, and free of clutter, very practical and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at the Flat for an event that took place a few blocks away. It was extremely convenient to be close to town, and the walk over to the main street is filled with shops & restaurants. Lindsay is a fantastic host and provided snacks, plenty of coffee pods, bottled water, and even a couple of coffee creamer options. She thought of everything! The first day the shower head broke, and Lindsay had a friendly plumber over to fix it extremely quickly. The decor is modern and super cute, the beds are comfy, with soft fluffy pillows, and the split ACs allow everyone to control their own room climate. Overall, a fantastic Airbnb experience. We loved this sweet space so much! It is a small inside space, but we thought it was perfect for two adults and two teens. It has a beautiful deck and that adds space as well! Everything inside was super clean and uncluttered. The hosts were very responsive and kind. The location could not be better. You are walking distance (1 block) to the main center of town with restaurants and shops. But the home still feels secluded and within nature. It also felt safe because there are neighbors around. I also really appreciated the organized binder that had all the necessary info and club cards. We really had a great time and absolutely would come again! Thank you Matt!

This was a terrific stay. The house was the perfect size and well done in all respects. The fenced in yard let my dog search for birds and varmints without worry while I sat in the rocking chair. There is an open space nearby for short hikes and beautiful views. We had written down all these great things to do in Tehachapi but were just enjoying our time at the house. So other than winery trips, we just stayed at the house. Everything in the house worked well and was exactly as represented, and more so. I would stay here again for sure.

The condo is beautiful and very, comfortable. We felt safe and secure.

My family had a wonderful Spring Break at Coleen's place. The location can't be beat, just steps from the beach and walkable to local restaurants. The home was clean, well furnished and had everything we needed for our family. The neighbors were also very welcoming. I would highly recommend this place to all.

Amazing location with great amenties, we used the pool and theatre room. Definitley reccomend staying here for a family vacation

This is perfect for a couple or a family with 2 small children. The kitchen was well equipped if you want to cook but restaurants are within walking distance. The beach is a block away, as well as a grassy park. Would definitely stay here again!

Great host, great location, fun stay. Highly recommended. Jumped on the surfliner Amtrak and took our kids to the Santa Barbara Zoo. Hung out on the beach just down the road from the apartment. Awesome time!

We had a lovely stay here. Nice peaceful area that is also has a great setup to WFH.
