Holiday rentals with beach access in Ledenice

It definitely looks the same as in the pictures, the view is amazing, a beach near by same as a grocery store, we enjoyed our stay here, I would highly recommend🫶🏻 thank you!

The place was super nice, located right in a bay with great amenities and everything you need. We were very warmly welcomed by Marko and felt very comfortable during the stay. The view from the apartment is as shown in the pictures. Overall, it was a great stay. :)

I had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful Airbnb apartment and I can only report positives! The hostess was extremely nice and accommodating, she welcomed us warmly and was always available to us with helpful tips. The location of the apartment is just perfect – close to many sights and great restaurants, so we could easily walk to everything. The apartment itself was not only nice, but also very clean and well equipped. We immediately felt comfortable! I highly recommend this apartment and would come back anytime. What an amazing place. The apartment is located at the end of a beautiful harbor where all bars and restaurants can be found. We sat on the balcony in the morning for breakfast and in the evening after dinner. The apartment was spotless, small but comfortable. Everything was present. Our host was friendly, helpful and always available for tips and advice.

We had the most amazing time at Iris’ and Victor‘s Place. Their warm and welcoming way made us feel home within seconds and they always checked on us if we needed anything. We had a nice vacation, the room and kitchen are bright and spacious for three guests. Every room in the apartment is well equipped and super clean. Hosts are friendly and helpful. The room and the balcony have a beautiful view of the sea and the islands, we spent the mornings and evenings on the balcony - it was magical. The apartment is located in a quiet area, the beach can be accessed by stairs about 10 minutes walk. Parking on site. Great place to stay.

We spent only one night in transit in this very tastefully furnished apartment with two floors. On the upper floor, we found two bedrooms and a cozy balcony. There we were able to have breakfast in peace the next morning and enjoy the beautiful view of the garden and the sea. The homeowner Sanja was very friendly and helpful. Although our stay was short, we can highly recommend the apartment for a longer vacation.

We loved our stay at Ljuba's place! She treated us like friends from the very start and helped us with anything we needed. The house feels like stepping back in time and the town looks like a fairytale. It's beautiful and so peaceful. We will be back for sure! <3

Fantastic place. Everything is as described and photographed in the listing. A great place to relax, quiet, quiet, privacy. I would definitely recommend. I would like to go back there even though I am not a fan of rest in the same places again.

Marin's place was great. She was a great communicator, we arrived late due to holiday traffic, and the check in was very simple and straight forward. The place it was clean and beautiful, with a stunning view - better than the pictures. My family and I were very comfortable there. Will come and stay with Marin again if we are back in Novi Vinodolski.

An absolute delight! We much enjoyed our stay in Matjaz apartment. It is very clean upon our arrival and is as described on Airbnb. It supplies everything needed throughout the day. The private beach access is perfect, idyllic and gives you the opportunity to enjoy your vacation without any stress of searching for a spot in the shades. Although we did not use it this time - the garden is also equipped with a grill, which was quite tempting to use :) Matjaz is a super host for a reason. He and his wife are as friendly as one can be, super helpful and easy to communicate with. We would definitely come back any time and can highly recommend Matjaz and his apartment (s). ***** 5/5 Stars *****

Everything was as described and you had a wonderful view of the sea. Ksenija was always available when something was up and very friendly.

We spent 14 pleasant days in September with Mate in the large, modern apartment. Everything very clean and very well furnished. The view from the balcony is very nice. It was very relaxed. Mate took care of everything and was always available. Perfect location. Nice and quiet, only 5 minutes' walk to 2 different beaches. Also only 20 minutes to walk to the old town of RAB.

** This apartment is a must stay if you are in Senj ** We are so pleased to have found Ana's apartment with rooftop views of Senj. What a stunning location. The apartment was fully kitted with everything needed to feel right at home - we even managed to wash our clothes and hang to dry on the line - it took no more than 30 minutes! We enjoyed our stay in Senj and the apartment was clean. The hosts were very kind, genuine and responsive. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. One we will remember for a very long time. Thank you!

Terezija and Ivice are two wonderful hosts! From the first minute we felt comfortable here - and the delicious welcome cake wasn't even necessary for that... but we gratefully accepted it ;-) We will definitely be back!!!

My family and I enjoyed a very nice easter holiday weekend at Brankica's place. She is very friendly, helpful and just a great host. The apartment itself provided way more then usually and way more we needed. It is located right beside the sea, just the road in between, as seen on the pictures. The cozy balcony offers a great view directly to the sea and we enjoyed it as well. 100% recommendation from our side - we are looking forward to come again!

The time at Damir's flat was very nice. We received a very nice welcome when we arrived. The house and the balcony were very nicely furnished and very clean, so you immediately feel at home. It was also dog friendly accommodation. We couldn't have asked for anything better, are very happy and would definitely recommend it!
