Za potpuni doživljaj nudi pogled koji se proteže na planine Velebit i Plješevicu. Od sadržaja nudi saunu, jacuzzy, hot tub vanjsku kadu na drva, vanjski tuš, dječje igralište,parking i wi fi. The sea, the beaches, the attractions are only 5 km from the house. On the groundfloor are 2 bedrooms and bathroom with shower. One bedroom is with TV (SAT) and aircondition. On the first floor is the living room with the TV (with SAT programs), the fully equipped kitchen with dining area, 2 bedroom, bathroom and balcony. Also on groundfloor is laundry room. Wireless internet is available in the entire house. The house have private pool (30m2) and outdoor kitchen with dining area.

Equipped with all the usual kitchen appliances, you will find a dishwasher and a washing machine as well. WIFI and TV are a given, as well as air conditioning (hot and cold), a bathtub and, to cool off, an outdoor shower on the terrace. Walking distance to Lopar beach in Novi is 8-10 minutes.

House in Povile is approx 100 m from natural beach to which leads nice pathway surrounded local vegetation .
