Monthly Rentals in Leederville

This small and cosy studio was our beautiful oasis for 3 nights. I absolutely enjoyed the peaceful surroundings of the neighbourhood. I am grateful for Pia and Paul’s hospitality, ensuring we were given privacy during our stay. Communication was great and open. We received clear instructions supplied by a helpful booklet touching base on everything we needed to know about the studio and even close by restaurants. We also enjoyed the complementary chocolates left for us. We highly recommend this studio and would love to stay again. Thank you Pia and Paul!

Ben apartment is all about location location location. You are a stones throw from the main food street of Leaderville, 24hr IGA and servo across the road. Bed was very comfortable, good shower pressure and HOT. Didn't have to use the AC once, nights were cool enough to have window open and light fan. Kitchen was stocked with almost everything you need. Had to contribute a new frying pan, scissors and teatowels. Ben was easy to communicate and get in touch with. Beatty Leasure Centre is 10min walk up the road. Gym, indoor/outdoor (heated) pools, fitness classes, steam/saunas etc. Fyi. The couch is not the same as in the photos. The couch in the apartment was still great to use. Prob nicer for that space. Also the chest of draws where missing from the bedroom. We had to put all our clothes mostly on the floor in the room and wardrobe for 2 weeks. The apartment is not noise damped, you can hear sirens from outside. Can be a little noisey, but close windows and its not to bad.

The host/s were extremely helpful. The place is freshly renovated and in a prime location. Very happy with the stay :)

Wonderful BnB! The view in the morning is something I will miss, the lake is perfect for a run or a stroll. close to station, town, shops, cafes and bars! Idealistic for a couple just landing in Oz and wanting to explore. Host was amazing and super helpful! 😊 HIGHLY RECOMMEND
