It was a great place to stay. We were visiting friends and family in the area and especially loved visiting Booths nearby. Next time we visit we'll just do our food shop there! 😂 For me it was very handy having a riser recliner chair and wet room. Both of the hosts were very friendly and easy to get on with. That added to spotless facilities made a great time to be had! Thanks to both. 😍

Lovely place to stay! We were just passing through for a night, but we really wished we had time to stop and explore, the outdoor spaces looked amazing and a great place to spend a weekend.

Perfect. Faultless. John went above and beyond as a host, with finer details like croissants left for our first morning and treats and tea/coffee for arrival. Instructions for arrival were concise and John was a pleasure to meet on check in with tips of the local area. Our trip was spent visiting grandparents but for others looking for a comfortable, homely accommodation surrounded by wonderful landscapes a stones throw away, then this is the place. Perfectly located near amenities too. Our dogs were wagging their tails the whole time and we definitely stay again when we next come up to see family 😀

Jasper is a wonderful host with a beautiful place! We could not have asked for more or been more comfortable at this location. You can tell that he puts his heart and soul into this place. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the local area. Thank you Jasper, you were fantastic!

Enjoyed a wonderful stay in the 2 bedroom apartment. Extremely helpful host. Gorgeous rooms and amazing bath, the photos do not do this place justice. Lovely touch to have the kitchenette space and facilities. Ultra clean and great facilities. We will most certainly be booking to stay here again soon.

The place was lovely and cosy for the evening. The best part was actually the garden with the egg chair, the zen garden and the water feature. It was so relaxing I could have sat there all night. Would definitely stay again.

The location was ideal - away from the busy road nearby, making it private and quiet, but close enough that you could walk into town or to nearby restaurants. The space itself was clean, tidy, and had all the utensils and cutlery we needed for our stay. It felt very homely. Joanne was excellent at responding to messages, doing so in a very short time span and with a helpful, friendly attitude. Overall, our week was just what we needed - very relaxing and enjoyable. Thank you!

Communication with Fern was excellent. Instructions for finding the property and parking was top notch. We had a very comfortable stay and would certainly return in the future.

Superb location and a lovely room. My only concern was that I did feel exposed with the large glass doors, but Hayley explained that they were coated and although I could see out, they couldn't see in. It was a great place to stay and very good value.

Wendy's property was gorgeous. Very homely and walkable to town. Great market on Thursday and Saturday in town. Nice walking track close to the property. Nice restaurants and close to public transport. Highly recommend you would not be disappointed.

A lovely find. Stayed here overnight whilst going to a concert in Liverpool. Jayne was extremely helpful, offering a flexible check-in. The location was excellent, easy to find and within a short distance of Southport. Would happily stay here again if needing accommodation in the area!

Had a lovely stay with Linda. Extremely comfortable with everything provided for our stay including breakfast. Four pubs in the village all serving food, excellent meal in The Swan Handy Co-op store which we also used, taking advantage to eat outside in the garden at Linda’s as we were fortunate with the weather. Lots of amazing walks from Addingham so no need to use the car during your stay. Will definitely return.

An absolute delight for a five night stay. Exactly as advertised. Ilkley walkable which was great. Jonathan and his partner were lovely friendly hosts. The pretty garden that we were able to sit out in was an added and unexpected bonus. Highly recommend 🙂

Great place to stay . It was helpful to have everything one needs such as cooker, microwave , fridge, freezer and washing.

Helen was very accomodating, as this was a booking for my relatives to stay whilst attending my wedding, I live around the corner and I didn't have room for them to stay over. I would have no hesitation in recommending this location and often do. Thanks Sue

David and Susie were lovely hosts and their cottage was the perfect little spot for my short stay in Ribchester.

Just wanted to say we had a wonderful stay for the one night. The pictures don’t do the place justice. The garden is magical, beautiful and very tranquil. Along with the hot tub. Night time we sat in the little gazebo lit up with candles and heated burner. Got to say it was just peaceful. The dogs enjoyed it too, great for them all enclosed. Five paws up. The house was supplied with everything you could ask for. Milk in the fridge, coffee and tea. Fantastic shower and powerful. Along with shower gels and shampoo. Great host, very approachable and kind. In a lovely location and looked like a lovely pub just a short walk away. Will definitely will return soon thank-you.
