Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Lee's Summit

Summer's place was great. Extremely clean, was in a great neighborhood, and accommodated us perfect!

We enjoyed our time at the Secret Service House while our whole family was in town for a baseball game. The history of the house and being directly across the street from Harry Truman's residence was incredible and we highly suggest taking a tour of the president's home (our tour guide was fantastic). The home was very well decorated and spacious enough for all 8 of us. We LOVED the kitchen and all the nice touches including the big Bordeaux wine glasses, every other AirBnb we've visited needs to step their game up. We would highly suggest this listing to everyone needing a little more space.

This place was fabulous! One of the cleanest places we have stayed in. She went the extra mile and made sure we had what we needed for our littles.

We came in for the Yankees-Royals game and Becky’s place had everything we needed. It was even better than the pictures. I would stay here again without hesitation and recommend to anyone else needing a place to stay in the KC area!

We had a great stay at Christine’s home! We couldn’t have been more satisfied with our visit. The home was as described. We loved all of the flowers, fruits, and trees in the yard. Our two dogs loved walking around the yard. We would stay here again on our next visit if/when the time comes.

This was our second stay at Mom’s Place and just as perfect! Immaculate, very comfortable, and we enjoyed sitting outside in the evening!

David and Ellen were fantastic! Super easy to get ahold of if we had questions! Extremely thoughtful and made the check out process extremely easy! We had dogs staying with us and they had all the things available for us to take care of our pets! They gave us welcome gifts when we checked in which was incredibly thoughtful! David was also so kind during the booking g process when we had a situation with the billing! I would definitely stay at this house again if needed! Thank you David and Ellen!

The pictures do not do this place justice! When I say this is a beautiful home, I feel like I am selling it short. from the time you drive in the driveway you are met with a lovely yard and pristine home. Once you walk inside you are met with grandeur and elegance. The home is grand and historical, yet feels modern and fresh. We only stayed for an overnight, but after we arrived, we wish we had more time on our trip to enjoy this gem. It was comfortable and made you feel like you were royalty. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to enjoy luxury and beauty! We were not disappointed!

Mary Graces listing is probably one of the best, if not the best AirBnb I have stayed in. She was very friendly, and responsive. The unit is a FROG or Full Residence over Garage, but had all the amenities of an apartment. Comfortable couch, big television, good AC, stocked kitchen, and comfy bed (on the softer side, but that's what I like). Bathroom was the crown jewel, I'm envious of the shower head, and amazing water pressure, my Son enjoyed taking baths in the deep tub. Mary was very sweet and even sent us local recommendations of things to do. If you're visiting Worlds of Fun, you can't get any closer, don't think twice just book!

The apartment has amazing views of the city. It was a beautiful place to stay and close to the streetcar and all that downtown has to offer. I will definitely stay again next time I am in Kansas City.

Absolutely magical stay! Holly and Leo have created something truly special at their hobbit-themed home. From the moment we arrived, everything felt like a dream. Pie Time was absolutely incredible—worth every bite and every penny. The ice cream shop just down the street was impeccable—smooth, creamy, and full of flavor. And the coffee shop they own? A must-visit. The cappuccino was rich and velvety, and the avocado toast was fresh and delicious. The baristas were so kind, making the whole experience even better. We stayed during our anniversary, and Holly and Leo went out of their way to make it feel truly special. The shower was next level—such a relaxing escape. And sitting outside under the full moon, bathed in its soft light, was peaceful beyond words. This place isn’t just a stay—it’s a memory we’ll never forget. Thank you, Holly and Leo.

We loved our 2 night stay for a wedding in the area. Cute little downtown, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, plenty of room for our party of 7. I would highly recommend

Overall it was a good stay. There were a few minor issues like trash left behind on the porch and the couch bed was dirty when pulled out, but Kevin and Ashley were responsive and took care of them quickly. The smell and noise were not anything the hosts could control, it was very definitely other guests in the same building who had weed and were noisy. It was not too bad, just definitely noticeable and more so because I have small children who were trying to sleep. As far as location, it’s right off The Paseo so not an area I’d “take my kids for a walk in” but good in terms of location for the activities we had planned and it was easy to get in and out of.

A calm place with easy access to both supermarket, diners and restaurants. The BBQ place around the corner was amazing! The apartment had lots of space and balconies/porches in all directions 👌

This place was perfect for the time I was in and what I needed! You tell they put quality into this place. It was a little cold put i am used it. I loved my time there!

Book this space. Like, seriously. Chris was super friendly, a great host, very communicative. The actual Lodge was GORGEOUS. The attention to detail of decor had us sitting there in awe. Beautiful decor, cozy layout, great space, comfy furniture and bed, amazing shower, cute patio area, unassuming outside, super easy to find and access. We even caught him at the perfect time to get to check out the other spaces and some recs for good local food! I’m pretty sure we’d move in tomorrow if Chris was up for renting! We’ll definitely be back!
