The cottage is ~20 min from downtown Kansas City and 15 min from Kaufman and Arrowhead Stadium. This newly renovated 1900s milk barn is unique and special with a lot of charm, with a few of the modern conveniences. Guests are welcome to take advantage of the two acre landscaped yard and enjoy a delicious s’more at the outdoor fire pit!

Plus an added bonus a fully stocked coffee bar. Also added is a EV 240 volt receptacle for charging EV over night. Must have your own cable to plug in.

Come relax in this 2 bed/2 bath cottage and enjoy the privacy of an 860 sq foot single family home. Master has queen bed, smart tv and its own private bath. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. The couch pulls out to another queen bed for extra sleeping room. Living room has a 50" smart TV. Kitchen has granite counters and is fully stocked to make any great meal. Dining table seats 4 and kitchen seats another 3. Backyard with fire-pit. Pets welcome. Yard is only partially fenced.

Charming Waldo Reader's Retreat

Sweet little bungalow in the heart of Waldo. Sits at the back of the property, so there is no fenced in yard. We had a new driveway poured in 2025, you’re welcome to use that or park on the street. Main bedroom is on the ground floor with an additional bed upstairs (the stairs are ladder-like, so not suitable for everyone!). We love this little house so much and think you will too.

A park is directly across the street as well:)
