Monthly Rentals in Legazpi, Arganzuela

I stayed at Cristina’s apartment for a month and a half, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The apartment is beautiful, stylish, and perfectly equipped for a long stay. Every detail — from the furniture to the kitchen gadgets — was carefully chosen and of great quality, which made everything feel extra comfortable and welcoming. One of the best parts was the weekly cleaning — it honestly felt like staying in a boutique hotel. Everything was always fresh, clean, and taken care of with real attention to detail. The neighborhood is also amazing: peaceful, safe, and super convenient. There are great laundromats, supermarkets, and local shops within walking distance. I highly recommend renting a bike with Bicimad — riding along the river all the way to the Royal Palace was one of my favorite things to do, especially with the gorgeous weather. Wonderful hosts, great communication, perfect location only 7 minute walk to the metro and plenty of restaurants close and a great supermarket across the street. Next time we are in Madrid we hope to stay there again! Thank you!!!

During my month’s stay at Exclusive Living, I was pleased with the condition of the facilities, the amenities, and the staff. The common areas were maintained immaculately, and the general vibe of the building was calm and quiet. The location is excellent, with easy access to public transportation, and walkable to many places. The staff were courteous and helpful throughout my stay. This was especially appreciated as Spanish is not my native language. I felt safe and comfortable. Thanks to all for the welcoming hospitality.

Very central apt near atocha station. This flat was super well stocked for a long stay and a great layout for a studio. María was fast to reply! A great experience.
