All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

The attic apartment in our house is about a 20-minute walk from the city center in Aschaffenburg and is still very quiet. From the balcony you have a wonderful view over our district Schweinheim and the foothills of the Spessart. Ideal for cyclists, bikers as there are free parking spaces directly in and at the house. Garage space can be provided. Especially for cyclists, closed parking spaces are available directly in the house. Also ideal for trade fair exhibitors.

We welcome you to the beach apartment! In a former bank branch, you will find 2 spacious bedrooms with queen-size beds and enough space for your luggage. The spacious living and dining area is completed by the wardrobe in the entrance area as well as an office corner. The kitchen offers you everything you need as well as a small coffee and tea bar that makes it easier to start the day. The bathroom has a large shower with rainwater shower and a towel warmer!

Living in a farmhouse

You will stay on the first floor of the newly converted farm building of an old farm. Large garden with paddock and 3 horses on a small stream. Don't be afraid of free-range chickens and our herding dog Jule. There is a bookable sauna and a small swimming pool. Seating area with fireplace in the garden free of charge. Cost for sauna is an additional €15 per sauna session for 2 people only by arrangement on site. Walking with the horses can also be booked.

The citycentre is about 5min away by car, but can also easily be reached by bus (bus station is 200m from the flat) or by foot (20min along the banks of the river Main). Parking is possible in the yard, in front of the apartment. A supermarket (with some food-to-go options) and a beer garden are nearby.
