Liebe Gäste unsere Wohnung liegt so zentral, dass ihr von der Autobahn A14 in 5 min bei uns vor Ort sein könnt. Der Flughafen ist in 10 min zu erreichen und die Leipziger Messe auch. Die schöne Stadt Leipzig (Hauptbahnhof) kann euch mit dem Auto über die A14 in 20 min. begrüßen. Den Leipziger Zoo und die Redbull Arena sowie das „Völki“ sind ca. 10 min vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Unser Wohnung ist für Kurz- und Langzeitbuchungen ausgestattet. 2 km entfernt liegt die Seenlandschaft zum relaxen.

Our apartment "Hanoi" is 50 square meters and consists of a fully equipped kitchen and a living-sleeping area. Little white dream (2min to downtown)

Ehrliche kleine Pensionswohnung ohne Firlefanz. Viel Nippes muss man viel sauber halten. Wir konzentrieren uns auf das was für Gäste wichtig ist. Super bequemes großes Bett (Matratze neu). Alles ist extrem Sauber, übersichtlich. Wohnzimmer hat Multimedia Fernseher und es gibt einen Tisch zum Arbeiten oder gemeinsam Essen. Wir betreiben seit 10 Jahren Pensionswohnungen und wissen inzwischen: Städtereisende brauchen es vor allem einfach, übersichtlich, schnörkellos und sauber.

Traber Apartments: cozy modern central located

The 1-room apartment was recently renovated to a high standard and has a kitchen, a bathroom, a spacious living/dining area with 160x200cm queen-size bed, dining/desk, cozy sofa for relaxing, which can be converted into a sleeping area if required, fast WiFi and opaque curtains & mirrored windows. It is also centrally located in the popular Südvorstadt district, with the KarLi just around the corner. Nevertheless, it is comparatively quiet.

Das Apartment befindet sich in der Südvorstadt, einem alternativ geprägten Stadtteil. Das Herzstück der Südvorstadt bildet die belebte Einkaufsmeile der Karl-Liebknecht-Straße. Nicht weit weg vom bunten Treiben der „KarLi“ befindet sich das Apartment in einer Seitenstraße und ist somit ruhig gelegen. Das Apartment bietet die beste Ausgangslage um Leipzig zu erkunden, da das Zentrum Leipzig’s mit nur 1,5 km fußläufig erreichbar ist.

You will love it! Great old apartment in the heart of the city and the wonderful Waldstraßenviertel. You will live on 100 square meters in a stylish atmosphere and the perfect place to discover the city. The center for sightseeing or shopping, the Rosenthal for sports or walks or the city harbor for activities on the water are all within walking distance. The location is great!

Unsere Gästewohnung befindet sich im Graphischen Viertel, im Erdgeschoss einer ehemaligen Druckerei. In dem Hofgebäude (ruhige Lage) befindet sich außerdem unser Büro und unsere Wohnung - wir sind als Gastgeber also gut erreichbar. Zentrum und Hauptbahnhof sind fußläufig 10 Minuten, Supermarkt und Straßenbahn 2 Minuten entfernt.
