Beautiful, peaceful location with private, sunny courtyard garden. Paul greeted us and was friendly and responsive throughout our visit. Accommodation immaculate, spacious (for 4 adults) and well-equipped. We enjoyed a peaceful and relaxing break. The barn is ideal for visiting Southwold, Aldeburgh, Orford and surrounding area.

Conversion from a school building to apartment has been done to a very high standard. The kitchen is very well equipped, sofas were comfortable. The space is bright and airy. Very clean and we appreciated the good quality bed linen and the thick, soft, fluffy towels. Few minutes walking distance to the town centre. Sarah was a very helpful and responsive host and replied to messages very promptly. The property provided us with an ideal base for visiting friends who live locally, and for some days out seeing the beautiful Suffolk coast and countryside. Richard South Wales

ideal size for a short break for two people. the accommodation was clean and Gillian had thought of everything we might need. Great location for exploring a beautiful part of tge country. walkers paradise. Would definitely consider returning for more exploration of this corner of Suffolk

Emma was a great communicator before the trip, all the information we needed was provided. The house was fantastic for us a family of four, including two young children. It was immaculately clean! And had been renovated to a very high standard very recently. The garden was a real bonus with the children. The towels and linen were of a high standard. The space in the kitchen for sitting and dining was excellent. The location was fantastic as although there is not much in Leiston (though Rosie’s cafe is an absolutely must, especially their salt beef bagels!) having a town with a co op and shops on your doorstep was invaluable with children. I’d highly recommend Emma’s lovely house.
