Villa Maria, a fairy tale house in Alsace

Welcome to Villa Maria, our fairy tale guest house in a calm location next to the forest and with a vast garden in the village Lauterbourg in Northern Alsace, France. It's just 5 min by foot to the heart of the village with a couple of bakeries, restaurants, a grocery store and small shops, or 10 min to the beach & lake. It's only 2 min by car from Germany, and a perfect location for exploring the Rhine border region Karlsruhe-Strasbourg, or for a rest on the way when travelling across Europe.

The workshop

Located in a small Alsatian village at an altitude of 350 m, in the heart of the Vosges du Nord Regional Park. Independent accommodation is located in a renovated old farmhouse. It includes a terrace, kitchen, living room with a bed (single bed), bathroom (walk-in shower, toilet), and a bedroom containing (1 double bed and 1 single bed). Wi-Fi access. Ideal for all nature-related activities (hiking, mountain biking, climbing...). 12th century castles

Nap corner: suite in the heart of nature

The nap corner is a 23 m2 studio located in a village. This is an independent suite with a private entrance, in our family home. It's a passive house with no need for heating or air conditioning. It consists of a bedroom with a 1.80 m bed or 2 beds of 90 cm joined with high-end bedding, TV and kitchenette, a bathroom and a separate toilet. It has a private terrace overlooking an accessible orchard. 5 minutes from the amenities of Soutz-sous-Forêt.

Spacious apartment with Jacuzzi and Sauna

Come and enjoy this spacious 130 m2 apartment, with a sauna and jacuzzi. Independent entrance, located at the exit of the quiet village, surrounded by the forest and secured by a gate. In the village there are many amenities, bakeries, butchers, pharmacy, gas station as well as a "Carrefour Express". A lot of activities are available to you, the Chemin des Cimes, castle tours, the Maginot Line "lime kiln", the campsite lake

The Red House, between plant and mineral

This warm and comfortable house of 170m2, surrounded by forests, is located in a landscaped and fully fenced park. You will discover its pond, the small stream that runs through the property, its water points where water lilies and kidneys coexist. Here plant, mineral, birds and small animals form a perfect harmony. Large living room with fireplace. Equipped kitchen. Wifi. Bath towels not provided. 4 bedrooms +2 bathrooms

Exceptional accommodation Künstlerhaus Annweiler

On the main road of Annweiler, two minutes from the historic market square, is the Künstlerhaus Annweiler. Nestled in the largest forest area of the Palatinate, climbers and cyclists shake hands. The apartment is built for small groups and families from local woods and sustainable materials for sustainable and loving living. The fireplace contributes to well-being in winter. Quiet studio in green setting

The studio is located in Altenstadt (Wissemburg), above the garage adjoining the house, with a separate entrance. It is perfect for couples (with a 1.60 m bed) and solo travelers. It offers the possibility to cook (two hotplates, fridge, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, mini oven, microwave...) You will enjoy the tranquility of the place, the large garden, the sunrises...

Historic customs house 2nd apartment Anno 1729

Here you can switch off and relax in a very cozy atmosphere. Enjoy the Palatinate Forest surrounded by trees, paddocks and our animals on the very spacious grounds. The apartment is located on the first floor with direct entrance from the main road and parking. Opposite is another apartment with 4 beds. I live on the upper floor and am always open to questions.

Appartement entièrement refait à neuf d’environ 80m2 avec entrée indépendante. Nous vivons juste à côté, le gîte fait partie de notre maison. Nous sommes disponibles pour toute demande ou besoin particulier. Gîte situé à moins de 5 min à pied du centre de niederbronn et de sa cure thermale.
