Duplex de 55m² avec balcon est doté d’une cuisine équipée, d’un salon avec couchage ( lit gigogne 2x90x200cm), une salle d’eau avec douche italienne, une chambre à coucher (lit 180x200cm) et d’un garage (parking pour voiture électrique).
