Es verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmern (Doppelbetten: 180x200 cm) und einem Badezimmer im. Im UG ist die Küche, das Wohn-/Esszimmer und die Terrasse mit atemberaubender Sicht auf den See und die Berge. Es ist ein Rückzugs- und Entspannungsort mit Blick in die Natur. Entspannt euch auf der Lounge und geniesst die Erholungszeit!

Lenzburg - Niederlenz train station 2 km. Direct train connection to Zurich/Zurich Airport 20/40 minutes, Bern 50 minutes.

The 2-room apartment with private entrance, small kitchen, dining and living room with separate bedroom, separate bathroom and private parking is located on the garden level connected by a few steps of an attractive, well-kept house with beautiful views of the Pilatus. Within 10-15 minutes you can reach the golf courses Meggen and Küssnacht as well as boat stations, the valley stations of our local mountain Pilatus and the Rigi.

The house in the greenhouse is very well insulated and has a nice large wood-burning stove and a small electric stove. The walls are open with many windows. For privacy, it has thick curtains everywhere.

The house is completely surrounded by greenery in a quiet, sunny location. From the nearest bus stop to; restaurant, village, train station, lake or Paraplegic center of Nottwil within 5 min. The surrounding area invites you to hike, bike, jog, swim, play soccer, etc. The magnificent view of the mountains and the lake will delight you. We are renting out a new, refurbished studio on the ground floor of our house in Sarmenstorf. It is situated in a small village in the countryside between Zurich and Lucerne. Nearby is a beautiful lake (Hallwilersee) and many other interesting sights. It is easily accessible by train / bus or by car (free parking available). There are shops situated in the village.
