With an excellent location on Broad St. in Hamilton Village, the space is just a block walk to campus or downtown. There is a private entrance to the ensuite on the 1st floor (keyless entry code). It has a private bath (shower), king bed, smart TV with basic cable, Keurig, mini fridge, sitting area, and WiFi. A mini-split provides heat and air conditioning. Also, a fireplace w/remote control. A twin rollaway is available upon request. This suite is perfect for campus visitors.

This house is in the perfect central location of the NY COUNRY side. THERE ARE ZERO STREET LIGHTS. We are short drive to many attractions around NY. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. For several hundred years our family has been a part of the Cooperstown community and we look forward to sharing it with you! On over 20 acres of land , you can explore the beautiful landscape of water and woods. Just over the hill from Otsego Lake. Only 3.9 miles (8 min) to Cooperstown’s Main Street in the spring, summer and fall and 5.7 miles (10 min) in winter.

Cabin Clack is a quiet, stream-side retreat bordering 1000 acres of wild trails in NY State Forest. The cabin is a historic hunting cabin from circa 1935. The cabin is good for a couple, solo adventurers, or families (with kids). We welcome pets, and they will love exploring the secluded forest and the freedom of our virtually traffic-free dead-end road. There is a spring fed pond you can swim in.

Come and enjoy the peaceful tranquility and relaxation at the Blue Heron Lake House, 2876 West Lake Road on Gorton Lake, West Edmeston, NY. We offer an open concept efficiency apartment on the first floor with full kitchen, full bathroom, 2 beds (1 King, 1 full), TV and wifi, sitting and dining area, all with direct access to the lake. We have a whole house generator in case of a power outage.
