Located in the heart of the village of L'Epine on the island of Noirmoutier, this charming semi-detached house, renovated in early 2023, will take you straight to the beach 500 meters away. It is also 500 meters from the shops. The Embruns house of 25 m2 has two separate parts. The kitchen is separated from the bedroom by a furnished terrace. Linens and towels are provided. The bed will be ready when you arrive. The terrace, which is not overlooked, has a BBQ and garden furniture.

The Ocean beach and Les Eloux beach are the closest, less than 500 m away, the town center of L'Épine is 350 m away and the Bois des Eloux is 200 m away. It is next to the bike paths to visit the island and many amenities. Completely renovated and equipped with Wi-Fi internet.
