We throughly enjoyed our stay. It’s the perfect getaway from the busy city life’s we lead. The villa is beautiful and there is the added bonus that Massimo (the owner) has a pizza restaurant in the town which we went to twice and were well looked after. Would certainly recommend staying

Roberto is a great host, he is very caring and supported us super with all questions. We always felt very comfortable. The house is in a fantastic location, with great views of the sea on every level. The highlight is the private access to the sea. The pool offers everything you need for a great vacation. Parking spaces are available on the property. We had a VW bus, a motorcycle and a small rental car with us. (and mountain bikes) The proximity to the airport was very convenient for us because we were there with the whole family and our children arrived at different times. A private car is necessary to be mobile. For us it was perfect because we needed about 50 minutes to the climbing paradise San Vito del Capo and could also go to Palermo. The distance to the most beautiful places in West Sicily can be reached in <1 hour. The residential area is very quiet and well maintained and we always felt safe. Thanks to Roberto

Magnificent. Awesome. Amazing... How else can we describe the most beautiful pool garden we've ever encountered in many, many Airbnb accommodations? You'll love the views, sounds and smells of nature all around the house. Great showers, good beds, nice surroundings, very friendly welcome, easy communication, handy tips and good base for day trips to Palermo and Mondello Beach or Cefalù. If you're reading this review, know that you have just found the ultimate spot in North West Sicily, so don't hesitate to book it. You will not regret it. You'll get a fun, short, bumpy ride from the gate to the house to reach this wonderful house. We wanted to stay forever.

This house blew our minds. The location is among the most beautiful that I have ever seen. The panoramic ocean views were unbelievable. The location is on a private road that is not easily accessible, which means it is very private! Francesco went out of his way to make is comfortable, even offering to provide us a gift basket of local foods (at a great low price). The view is much better than the pictures show. Our only regret was that we did not stay here longer!! We will be booking again next year. It’s worth the travel for us (Miami) just to get back to the stunning place!

We had a wonderful time here and cannot wait to come back! The hosts are just the best and amazing. We would 100% recommend this villa!!! The pool, the garden, take it all in! The host also sent us recommendations as we wanted to check out locations that locals would recommend. The host even went step further in securing us a ride into town when we needed it as we could not secure a taxi at the last minute. This level of helpfulness is really thoughtful and we could not have appreciated it more!!!! Thank you so so much!!! We already miss the villa!

What a beautiful month we just had at Casa dei 20 Frutti. We dreaded leaving and miss it already. We loved every single thing about our stay. The place, incredible. What a view. So comfortable, a great home away from home. The location, perfectly central. We went on a different adventure every single day. There are just so many places to see and just about all are easily doable as day trips. Our hosts, exceptional. Sophie and Alberto are just the nicest people, so generous with their time, with all the beautiful fruits on their property, and they gave us so many great tips on places to visit. An absolute wealth of information. We will absolutely be back. We just can’t say enough great things about this incredible place.

We really enjoyed the beautiful, charming and calm place of Pasquale and Federica ! The garden, the threes, the bright rooms with the open kitchen, a perfect place to calm down, read a book, cook your own dinner... And the pool was just what we need after visiting the amazing temples in the area. A Highly recommended place. The hosts Pasquale is very relaxed and friendly. We could enjoy the fresh eggs and delicious plums from the garden.

From the moment we checked into Gabriele's place, we knew this was going to be an amazing stay. We were personally welcomed by Ettore, who gave us a run-down of the place and had a couple of cannolis waiting for us in the fridge. The family who owns the place is so friendly and hospitable, attentive to their guests' every need. Of course, the main highlight is the terrace with amazing views (perfect to drink your morning coffee), as well as the private access to the water downstairs. This Airbnb literally has everything you could possibly need: from reefshoes and snorkels to cooking utensils and enough cupboards to put away all your stuff and feel right at home, it's clear they have really thought everything through. Just be mindful that going to the supermarket or restaurants requires a short drive, but this was hardly an issue when the place looks like this. Hands down one of our best Airbnb experiences after about 35+ stays and counting. Thank you again! :)

Vincenza’s Villa is beautiful. We had a delightful stay. The villa has beautiful views, a wonderful kitchen, comfortable beds, and a beautiful outdoor seating area. Vincenza was super welcoming. Would love to stay here again!

This was by far one of my favorite places i have stayed! The home itself was so much better than the photos but even more was the unbelievable hospitality that we experienced from Maria Francesca and Gaetano. BRAVO to these hosts!! Even though we arrived late they met us and welcomed us in, explaining everything. They came to say goodbye also and were only message away for whatever need we had. If you are ever in Palermo this place is a MUST!! THANK YOU

We wish we could have stayed more than one night in this beautiful flat! Immaculate, comfortable, and walking distance from lovely waterside strolls and delicious, affordable restaurants. Sabrina is a wonderful host!

We had a great stay! Francesco was very helpful and friendly. The place is super spacious—perfect even for larger groups, with plenty of room for everyone to relax or do their own thing. Loved the private parking, peaceful setting, and amazing views. Having three bathrooms was a big plus. The little touches like beach towels and beach chairs really made it feel like home. Highly recommend and for sure we can't wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay! The view from the villa is absolutely stunning. We were a group of 7 ladies and felt very comfortable throughout our visit. The surroundings are generally nice, although some parts of the nearby public beach were a bit dirty — nothing to do with the villa owners, of course. What we really loved was the terrace — during the day, when it’s incredibly hot, the terrace stays mostly in the shade, which makes it the perfect spot to relax and hang out. Being out in the sun was just impossible, so the shaded space was a lifesaver! The hosts were incredibly communicative and responsive — they replied to any questions within a minute. The only downside was the number of mosquitoes, so it would have been great to get a heads-up about that. I’d recommend bringing some repellent spray. Overall, a fantastic place for a relaxing stay. In one word: fantastic! The house is charming and spacious and with everything you need. The location and environment are beautiful. Anne and Ferdinando are among the best hosts we’ve experienced, and just really kind and cool people on top of that. The animal neighbors, the stunning natural area with lots of hiking options, the villages nearby and much more all made this a stay we’ll not forget. 10 out of 10

We had a wonderful stay with Calogero and his family! Their welcome, their kindness, Calogero's attentions made us feel like family The accommodation, fresh and impeccable, is located in a beautiful house with a magnificent patio, all surrounded by a large garden where different species of plants grow (lemon trees, quince, prickly pears...), in the middle of olive fields. A haven of peace, just a few kilometers from the sea. A big thank you to Calogero in particular, and to his family! We'll definitely be back soon!

We had a great time at Walter’s place. He was in communication with us as soon as we booked the trip. We were able to ask about parking (free right outside the apartment) and confirm we would’t drive through the ZTL. There was some construction happening in an adjacent unit which Walter warned us about as soon as they started and even offered to cancel our stay and give us a refund. We barely even noticed the construction past the beautiful view from the apartment and large balcony which we ate all our meals on. We were greeted by Walter’s associate who helped us bring our luggage up the stairs and gave us a tour of the place. The beach is gorgeous and quiet. We were there during the week in the middle of the day and there were probably 5 other people on the beach. Walter left 2 chairs, towels, and an umbrella for the beach. Walter also sent a detailed document with local recommendations including places to park and eat in the city of Sciacca. We would definitely stay again.

A unique experience staying here in the igloos. Very serene and great views!! The shower was quite small but did the trick. The kitchen in your room had everything you needed to be self sufficient.

We love this place - beautifully located, very quiet, in the middle of a fantastic landscape. The house is very tastefully decorated and very well equipped. We were there as a family, parents with two kids, everything fit perfectly. The kitchen is very well equipped. We felt very comfortable and really want to come back The communication was also excellent. We highly recommend this place. For us a little paradise!

We had such a great stay at Elisas! The apartment is well equipped and the surroundings with all the animals are lovely. We especially liked the cats. We even cooked with Elisa, which was also a great experience. For sure we‘ll be making the Tiramisu at home 🤩

Excellent accommodation, facing the sea and close to the historic center. At the end of May, it was quite easy to park nearby. Ervin was also good and very helpful in answering any questions!

A very beautiful flat in a beautiful location! Alessandra’s flat is perfectly situated in the main center with lots of shops, cafes, restaurants, and walking paths nearby. The sea is a very short walk and it’s delightful to spend your mornings soaking in the sun. We enjoyed the flat very much. A comfortable bed, great shower, and a bottle of wine were some of the highlights. Unlike most places, Alessandra even had a great blow dryer which was a welcome surprise. I would definitely stay again.

Lorella was a lovely host, very helpful and the house and surroundings were very beautiful. The house is in a quite place but its very close to loads of beautiful beaches, nature and towns. Perfect starting point to discover the west side of Sicily!
