Beautifully presented studio apartment in a peaceful location with lovely views. Free parking and great base for exploring Innsbruck and surrounds. Hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended.

We stayed with our dog for 2 nights at Sabine's. We were very nicely received, and immediately received a lot of tips for activities. The apartment is large, very clean, beautiful, modernly furnished with many details. Both arrival and departure were very flexible in terms of time. We would come back anytime and highly recommend the apartment.

Great Place , the spa area really is the highlight

Our stay in the apartment Sepp was super nice and it looked just like the photos. Everything was very clean and modernly furnished. The location is ideal for hiking in the area and the Trimini crystal thermal baths are also only half an hour away by car. We will be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful week in Mötz. The apartment is ideally located for activities in the mountains and is well equipped. The view from the balcony is fantastic and the rest of the apartment is very spacious. Ursula is an extremely lovely and courteous hostess and we would come back anytime!

We were very happy with the place. Despite precise instructions, this was unfortunately a bit difficult to find. Check-in and check-out worked great and uncomplicated. The extra charge for the view of the Zugspitze is definitely worth it and is recommended to everyone. Since we were not so lucky with the weather, we were very happy about the beautiful spa area. Unfortunately, it is only open from 3 pm to 7 pm. The location of the accommodation is great and we could walk to everything.

Monika is a very friendly host :) Communication with her was excellent, and she was always helpful. We totally fell in love with the view and enjoyed having breakfast outside every day. Our stay was simply magical - we would love to come back!

We stayed a week to ski in Ehrwald. Ingrid's place is highly recommended, exactly as described and it has everything you need. By car, you can drive up to the ski lift in just a few minutes, and the bus leaves right outside the front door. There is a room to store the skis and even a warm room for the ski boots. The hosts were super friendly, always responded quickly and helped us with small problems or gave us tips. We highly recommend this place!

Hello David and Simone. We felt very comfortable with you. The room is very nicely decorated. Everything you needed for a few days was there. Also that her animals are allowed is great! Gladly again

Garmisch is gorgeous and the stay was brilliant. Perfect spot to rest and the bed was so comfortable. Has a fridge. Close to the Altenheim and Wankbahnstraße stops. Would recommend to stay

We felt welcomed and at home, and the apartment is private with incredible mountain views. We would gladly stay again and would say that our stay was one of our best AirBnB experiences.

Our stay at House Montana was really nice. Erika is a very warm and attentive host, who always helped us with good tips. We felt very comfortable and welcome right from the beginning! ☺️ The room was very clean, well equipped and had a wonderful view of the Zugspitze. We had a great week in Stephanie's apartment. As a young family with a baby under one year old, we felt completely comfortable from the very first moment. Stephanie was super friendly, always approachable and very communicative – you can tell that she cares about the well-being of her guests. The apartment corresponded 100% to the description – and the pictures absolutely keep what they promise. It is one of the most beautiful apartments we have ever been to: stylishly furnished, very clean and with a magnificent mountain panorama from every window. The location is also ideal – central enough to reach everything on foot: supermarkets for weekly shopping, cable cars and hiking trails start nearby, and in the evening there are many nice restaurants in the area that invite you to linger. We can fully recommend the accommodation – even for families with small children – and are already thinking about coming back next year.

An outstanding place to stay! It's huge and perfectly set up. The interior design is amazing, a great modern interpretation of traditional Tirolian style. The huge hot tub, which was ready to use when we arrived, and the Finnish sauna are amazing highlights.. The apartment is located in the center of the small town with stores, restaurants, and wonderful trails in easy walking distance. This stay was a special experiance that we will remember for a long time to come! 10 out of 10.

The four of us had a very nice time. Modernly decorated and spacious. Any questions were always answered very promptly. For the journey by car, there are plenty of parking spaces and the surroundings offer many excursion possibilities. Gladly again:)

Christine and Josef are very warm and reliable hosts. They were always there with advice. Good tips and literature for companies! Our 8-year-old daughter was allowed to pet the rabbits and take a look in the barn. The new apartment was provided with loving details.

Great chalet, great lake views. The only drawback of the first floor apartment is the footpath and if you should be lazy on the couch and do not want to be examined by hikers, you have to close the curtains. Otherwise very well located as a hiking starting point. The view from the hot tub leaves nothing to be desired and in the sauna you can relax comfortably.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. Everything we needed was really there, from towels to the initial equipment for breakfast. Unfortunately, our time in Telfs was quite unpleasant. But after a rainy hike, the sauna and the pool were particularly good.

Stay and place was great with a character. Only downside is due to no direct access to wellness facilities and no changing rooms, it makes great sauna and wirpool experience at some point not practical due to outdoor location and no comunal access from Genesis apartment. Thank you Host.
