The great big garden offers a lot of options for kids to play, a Trampolin, a swing, a mud table etc. On request we also offer a travel baby/kids essential package to let you travel freely. pure.relaxation - Relax, breathe in fresh mountain air, feel nature under your feet, just be! The bright apartment offers spectacular views of the Alps and Neuschwanstein Castle from two balconies. It is located directly on the Forggensee (reservoir). The bright apartment is about 100 square meters in size. The two generously sized balconies offer breathtaking views of the Alps as well as of the famous castle “Neuschwanstein.” It's located right next to the Forggensee dam.

Converted from the former village store with over 3 m room height and plenty of space for everyone - not only in the large central living room, but also with enough retreat space in the lounge and the four bedrooms. Our apartment house is in a quiet, yet central and most beautiful location of Lermoos. Right next to our house is the ski slope and the start of many hiking or biking trails. Each apartment has a well-equipped kitchen, dining and living area and a private bathroom. Of our 4 apartments, three have a private terrace and one apartment has a spacious balcony. Parking is available for each apartment and there is also a ski/bike storage room.
