Completely quiet, with the 18th century manor house inhabited by the owners as its only neighborhood, it is perfect for recharging your batteries in the heart of nature. In summer, the terrace overlooking the countryside without vis-à-vis is very pleasant for a barbecue. In winter, have a good time around the fireplace. You can walk in the forest and observe the deer and birds.

In the hollow of the Risle valley bordered by forests, near the charming village of La Ferrière sur Risle, the miller's house is located on the Moulin à Tan property, occupied by the owners. The large fully enclosed grounds guarantee absolute calm, the valley is classified as "Natura 2000". The house, rated 4 stars, renovated and equipped with all comforts, is the former home occupied by the millers when the mill was in operation from the 18th to the beginning of the 20th century.

Our cottages are suitable for family gatherings. They are not suitable for festive gatherings with friends. In a 19-hectare park, at the foot of a 17th century castle. Its 14 m long heated swimming pool and quick tennis court are a delight for everyone. With its 3 cozy cottages, the Roseraie accommodates up to 20 people at the same table, and the Canary is equipped to accommodate people with reduced mobility. Unsecured ponds. Our cottage is located in a small hamlet close to L'Aigle, 1 hr 15 min from the Normandy beaches and 1 hr 30 min from Paris. L'Aigle is served by the Paris/Granville train line. Many sites are to be visited nearby.

Located in a rural and agricultural hamlet, on a large wooded and delimited plot, it will satisfy lovers of calm and nature. Our house is not perfect and is marked by time. Wooden beams, terracotta tiles, fireplace... its strong character offers a setting and essential comfort to accommodate guests in search of a change of scenery and rest for a few days.
