The pretty "Canadienne", very comfortable, is on the front line facing south towards the ocean. It is a wild and quiet place by the sea, on a plot of 2200 m2 planted with hundred-year-old pines overlooking the sea between Sainte-Marguerite-de-Pornichet and the village of Saint-Marc-sur-Mer (La Baule and Saint-Nazaire 10 minutes away). The accommodation is located in the countryside 30 minutes from Nantes and 40 minutes from the beaches: La Baule, Le Croisic, Le Pouliguen and the salt marshes of Guérande. The house sits on a large wooded lot where you can enjoy a swimming pool open from May to September. Our municipality is in an area where you can do many hikes .
