On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers. 20 m2 studio located a 10-minute walk from the train station and the center with all amenities. You will have a Super U 5 minutes away by car. The studio is very well arranged, you will find a fully equipped open kitchen (induction hob, fridge, combined microwave/rotating heat oven, toaster, coffee maker, Tassimo and kettle). The bedroom/living room is equipped with a 140 x 200 bed, an AndroidTV, a wardrobe and a dining table and a shower room. Non-smoking accommodation.

LA PEILLE GITE

Quiet independent cottage in the countryside, located 20 km from Nantes and 40 minutes from St Nazaire. Large wooded and flowered garden for a peaceful and rejuvenating stay. P This cottage is not wheelchair accessible. (Existence of a step between the bedroom and the living room) At your disposal equipped kitchen, TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine, independent bedroom, terrace and garden. You will have a free parking space. Linens and towels are provided free of charge

The accommodation is perfect both for a stay in the countryside, thanks to the surrounding trails, and for people on business trips in the area. This accommodation offers an ideal compromise between the hotel and the homestay, with all the necessary autonomy.

Small comfortable duplex studio, ideally located between Nantes and Saint-Nazaire, about thirty kilometers from the coast. 40 minutes from tourist places (salt marshes, fortified town of Guérande, Baie de la Baule, Port du Croisic), 1.5 hours from the Puy du Fou, 2 hours from the futuroscope. A friendly place, ideal in the countryside. You can enjoy hikes, recharge your batteries, peace and quiet, animals present dogs, cats, rabbits, ponies.

Between Nantes and St Nazaire, come and enjoy the calm of the countryside, close to the Loire (Loire by Bike), the GR3 accessible from the village. This house, despite its name, is fully restored and located in a quiet hamlet. Double bed upstairs with 1 extra bed and a sofa bed on the ground floor (140 x 200). You can prepare a friendly meal thanks to the fully equipped kitchenette. A break in a green setting! + €15 for the use of a 3rd bed.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The room is above the tapestry workshop of my wife Mademoiselle Causeuse. Its soft carpet and high ceiling will allow you to make a peaceful stopover. The accommodation is located in the countryside 30 minutes from Nantes and 40 minutes from the beaches: La Baule, Le Croisic, Le Pouliguen and the salt marshes of Guérande. The house is on a large wooded lot where you can enjoy a swimming pool open from May to September. Our municipality is in an area where you can go on many hikes.
