Fully renovated 30 m2 studio. Quiet in the village of Cordemais, close to a supermarket, bakery and bar, tobacco, newspapers. Ideal for 2 people, but possibility to stay up to 4 people with the sofa bed. Studio on two levels in a green and calm environment. 🌳A corner of the garden will be at your disposal, where you will be able to come across chickens and roosters 🐓who will come to greet you. 🚗 Parking is possible in the courtyard or in front of the house. ❌ Prohibited: Smoking / Vaping / Animals / Unauthorized people. ⚠️Obligation: make the apartment clean.

Malville Accommodation

The accommodation is located in the countryside 30 minutes from Nantes and 40 minutes from the beaches: La Baule, Le Croisic, Le Pouliguen and the salt marshes of Guérande. The house is on a large wooded lot where you can enjoy a swimming pool open from May to September. Our municipality is in an area where you can go on many hikes.
