On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers. Double bed upstairs with 1 extra bed and a sofa bed on the ground floor (140x200). You can prepare a friendly meal thanks to the fully-equipped kitchenette. A break in a green setting! + €15 for the use of a 3rd bed.

Relax in this carefully eco-renovated 19th century farmhouse, on the edge of Parc du Château du Haut Gesvres and close to Nantes. 90 m² maisonette with a large living room + open kitchen and 2 large bedrooms in the heart of the vegetable farm and its quiet and wooded environment. Close proximity to the center of Treillières and 10min from the Tram. The farm has another 3-bedroom cottage and the owners' home at the other end of the building.
