Nourrir nos 2 chats svp (nourriture fournie et ils vivent dehors).

Couchage double à l'étage avec 1 lit d'appoint et un canapé convertible au rdc (140x200). Vous pourrez vous préparer un repas convivial grâce à la kitchenette entièrement équipée. Une pause dans un écrin de verdure ! + 15 € pour l'utilisation d'un 3ème lit.

Lovely and charming flat with a terrace in the historic centre of Nantes. Due to the pandemic, please note that the apartment is cleaned by us between each reservation, according to the new protocol dictated by Airbnb and mandatory. The linen is washed at 60°C minimum! Hydro-alcoholic liquid available in the apartment! The roof, the insulation of the apartment, the air conditioning of the rooms, have just been completely redone. Fully renovated 30 m2 studio. Quiet in the village of Cordemais, close to a supermarket, bakery and bar, tobacco, newspapers. Ideal for 2 people, but possibility to stay up to 4 people with the sofa bed.
