Luxury 2 bed 45m apartment in the foothills of Mt Blanc. MaisonFox sleeps 6, a double in the main bedroom, 2 bunk beds in the second and a sofa bed in the lounge. Recently renovated with modern kitchen area, large fridge and Nespresso coffee machine. Large corner sofa, flat screen tv an electric fireplace. Two wrap around balconies with gate access to the grassed area outside. Access to a heated outdoor pool in the summer season. Underfloor heating with radiators. Bathroom with bath and shower.

Close to cable cars and shops

Come and have a pleasant stay in my apartment located in the family resort of Les Contamines-Montjoie. On the 3rd floor of a small, quiet building, with elevator access. Located 200 m from the ski lifts and 5 minutes from the Nordic area, there are 2 ski rental companies, a bread depot as well as 2 nice bars in the evening at the foot of the residence. A convenience store is a 2-minute walk from the apartment. Many hiking trails are also close to the apartment. -> Cleaning not included

The apartment is located in a family residence and of good standing. A 5-minute walk to the city center and a 10-minute walk (or 5 minutes with the shuttle) to the ski area, the apartment is in the lower Nivorin district, a quiet area. The apartment is south-facing, which offers not only beautiful sunshine on the terrace but also stunning views of the Miage domes. The apartment is equipped with a fondue and raclette machine, small details that change everything!
