Our cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is a uniquely individual space retaining a wealth of originality, blended perfectly with a contemporary feel. We can welcome 6, with two double bedrooms and a large double sofa-bed in the galleried landing area. A spacious living area leads to a quiet outdoor patio with rural views. The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

The house is located on the banks of Sèvre Nantaise at the foot of the Château de Tiffauges. We rent a part of our house that we have made independent. The accommodation includes an entrance hall, a veranda, a studio (with a bed, a sofa bed, a kitchen and bathroom), a laundry room, a pleasant garden 20 m from the house: between shade and river! Many walks await you for you to enjoy hiking, running, trail or mountain biking.

The cottage "L 'Auberge Vendéenne" is our secondary familiar home, renovated in 2022. You will be welcomed with simplicity for a stay that we wish you now very pleasant. Located on one of the main streets of the village of Les Epesses 150 m from shops (bakery, pizzeria, pharmacy, etc.) and 3 mins from the Grand Parc du Puy du Fou. House of 100 m2 fully equipped and pleasant. Large free parking is across the house.

Charming friendly house close to Puy du Fou

House full of charm and conviviality close to Puy-du Fou and Hellfest. This is my primary residence, fully renovated as a family last year before my transfer! It has 3 bedrooms, a courtyard often closed unmowed, to leave the flowers. Sheets, towels, shower gel and shampoo are provided. There is a senseo coffee maker. No shutters, occupant curtains. Close to the basilica, for awakenings in grandeur (at Mass time).
