Welcome to the house of the black cat! This small house on two levels is located in a peaceful and characterful hamlet. If you love nature and beautiful stones you will be served! Rennes and Dinan can be reached in 20 minutes. The first beach is 30 minutes away and St Malo is not far away. Becherel, the city of books is less than 5 minutes away. You will have all the comforts in this studio to feel good there. You might even get hugs from the black cat🐈

Pleasant quiet studio house of 23 m2 in the countryside 2 km from our small ecological village of Langouët composed of a main room with 1 kitchenette ( 2 gas fires, microwave , fridge) and a separate bathroom with wc. At your disposal = 1 double bed (140 x190), 1 table , 2 chairs , 1 TV , 1 sofa, wardrobe, shelves. 35 minutes from St-Malo and 20 minutes from Rennes , 10 minutes from the 11 locks of Hédé, 52 km from Mt-St-Michel. No pets.
