Quiet beachfront cottage, located on large landscaped grounds. Direct beach access, not very busy. Gite on the ground floor of the west wing, on the sea side of the main house. There are two other self-catering gites on the grounds, and a house rented year-round at the entrance. Isolated property, along the dune, in natura 2000 zone, but just 2.5 km from the center and the SNCF station of Les Moutiers-en-Retz with local shops. 20 minutes from the old port of Pornic and large surface areas.
