Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Les Sables-d'Olonne

Hello, my family and I had a great time in Les Sables d'Olonne. Partly also to Julien's accommodation and his responsiveness. Very pleasant, welcoming, clean, very quiet street. 20 minutes' walk. I highly recommend it. We will unanimously return. 😊👍 Thank you Julien for the recommended restaurants😋😋.

Beautiful and CLEAN apartment: fully-stocked kitchen-including refrigerator, stove, washer and microwave-very modern. Private, peaceful and comfortable, and Olivier is present for anything you need. Two lovely bedrooms, couch and breakfast nook. There were coffee and tea pods for us, and breakfast cookies. Updated bathroom. (Free) parking on premises. 25-minute walk/5-minute drive to the beach. Olivier and his wife are SO friendly and available, and I would be remiss if I didn't mention that they have a BEAUTIFUL dog. This is a wonderful place to stay-HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

What you see is what you get. The place is neat, private and clean. Full of natural light. The plus for a dog owner is the fully close garden with enough place for the dog to run about

Jean-Pierre and Joëlle's apartment is ideally located 10 minutes' walk from the wild beach of Tanchet, in a quiet cul-de-sac with a parking space to park your vehicle. Very clean and comfortable, this studio has an outdoor table to sit and eat. we really enjoyed this stay where we were very well received. we recommend this cozy nest in this beautiful city of Sands!

We are coming to Claudie and Dominic for the second time. We recommend this comfortable apartment without a second thought. Close to thatched, downtown and the beach, everything can be done on foot or by bike.

The location and the sea view are fabulous. Just steps from the beach each day and we really enjoyed soaking up the evening atmosphere from the balcony. The lounge area is spacious with a very comfortable sofa for midday relaxation away from the sun and comfortable armchairs for sitting by the opened arched windows reading. We recommend Charlene’s place highly.

Annemieke and her husband are lovely people. We recommend staying in Le Pré d'Olonne! Constantly present in the cottage, they will gladly answer all your questions. The listing is a great fit. Your children will love the garden and the barn. We'll be happy to go back!

Very pleasant stay at Heidie's. Very responsive host, check-in instructions are clear and precise. The listing is exactly as described. We slept well on comfortable bedding and the quiet environment. Everything is within walking distance (the center of Les Sables d'Olonne, Super U just behind, restaurants nearby, the port, etc.). You can park your car (free parking next to the accommodation) and not touch it during your stay. Thanks again to Heidie for her accommodation.

Very comfortable apartment, very conveniently equipped and located. The view from the living room and bedroom is beautiful. Big +: the secure parking space and the elevator. We had a wonderful weekend with our 20-month-old daughter. Thanks to Soliane for her availability and flexibility for check out and check in. We highly recommend it!

We had a pleasant stay at this place. The place is peaceful and pleasant, right next to the restaurants and the sea where we were able to enjoy ourselves. The accommodation has all the necessary amenities for a great stay. Even in hot weather outside, the accommodation remains cool and we did not need air conditioning. We strongly recommend!
