Being in the heart of the village and close to the road (at a limited speed of 30 km/h), it is possible to perceive some sounds of the life of the village, especially in summer. A perfect choice for those who want to feel part of the place and fully experience the lake and its events.

This is Balcony on Lake Maggiore, a lovely apartment with incomparable panoramic views of the lake. It is located inside a residence with swimming pool (open from June to September) and large green areas arranged on terraces, where you can enjoy the sun or rest in the shade in complete relax.
