The cottage accommodates 10 (up to 14) guests and is located in the peaceful village of Zhořec near Bezdružice, offering a perfect place to relax and spend time with family or friends. It features a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, two bathrooms, two double rooms with extra beds, a family room for four, and a cozy attic sleeping area for another four guests. A spacious garden invites relaxation and outdoor activities, while farm animals add to the authentic countryside atmosphere.

Welcome to the workshop. A former railway building reinterpreted. The boutique loft, with its modern design and curated art, is a place to relax and feel at ease, with space for 2-6 people. It's the perfect base for activities such as hiking, mountain biking, cross-country skiing and skiing. Enjoy the Drachensee for swimming and the golf course with breathtaking views. Excursion destinations such as the batwish, wild garden and rock slopes are in the immediate vicinity.

Or relax in the private gym, the infrared sauna, or the garden whirlpool. The outdoor area is still under construction, therefore a special price applies for the time being.

An einer Ecke unseres kleinen Bauernhofs steht unser Tinyhouse. Ganz idyllisch gelegen, lässt es dich zur Ruhe kommen. Es gibt Platz für vier Personen ( ggf 5 mit Kindern , einfach nachfragen bei uns ), Küche (e-Herd, Backofen, Nespressomaschine) und Bad. Our farm is located in Reichenau, district of Waidhaus, only 500 m (by foot) away from fhe Czech border. The uniqueness of our location can be described through its remote and natural surroundings. Large forest areas, many streams and ponds as well as green meadows are only some of the beautiful aspects of the area. A stay here is ideal for travellers on their way to Prague or anywhere East.
