Looking for a break from the stressful life? You want to be in the countryside as soon as you step out the door? You need a quiet environment to work in a relaxed manner? It's all possible in this apartment. Equipped with everything you need for a relaxed stay, you can concentrate fully on your plans. Located directly on the edge of the forest, the most beautiful sights of the Taunus can be discovered from here. Supermarket, gas station & bakery in the village offer a good supply. Observe notes!

To the sound of the stream

The apartment is located in a quiet location in the old town center of the municipality of Greifenstein-Ulm at the foot of the Westerwald. Here you can arrive, relax in a casual atmosphere, feel comfortable and, if necessary, get out of the way in the 80 m² apartment ;-) Our geese can be observed on a separate pasture, which is especially fun for children. In winter you have the opportunity to spend cozy evenings with cozy stove heat. Wood does not have to be brought along ;-)

The small art remise along the Weiltal and Weilstrasse in the Taunus is a small 55 square metre cottage on a former mill estate. Heated exclusively with wood, the shed invites you to linger in a cosy atmosphere or to explore the Weiltal or Lahntal by bike. On the property right next to the stream you can meet dogs, cats, chickens and even the occasional egg. Most recently, the remise was used as a studio, and now art objects by regional artists continue to enliven the space.

Ideal and spacious living in the countryside

Our apartment Rosenstein (70 square meters) in the Weilburg district of Kubach is located in a quiet residential area. It offers a parking space and a storage space for bicycles. The apartment has a separate entrance as well as a spacious terrace and fast Wi-Fi. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic stovetop, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. The shopping is very good, as bakers, supermarkets, a drugstore and a fast food restaurant are only a few hundred meters away.

THE small HUT - hiking. biking. experience nature.

In the rugged Upper Westerwald, directly on the wild and romantic Holzbach Gorge, where the Holzbach stream has carved its bed into the basalt over the millennia, the days are simply different. Longer, more eventful, more relaxing. Feel at home here and experience a special place to recharge your batteries, strength, and inspiration. A fire pit with firewood and a kettle grill are available. Towels and bed linen are provided upon request (for an additional charge).

Pure relaxation with the family, on a business trip or just for a break in the countryside. Located directly on the field/forest edge. From here you can directly access many hiking trails. Close to Weilburg an der Lahn with boat rentals, the picturesque castle and the unique ship tunnel. 5-minute walk to the village community house Löhnberger Lilie. A barrel sauna can be booked for an extra charge of €50 per day, on request and subject to availability.

Relax in our mountain vacation home with an idyllic location, large garden and northwest balcony for breathtaking sunsets. Explore the surroundings with their hiking trails and swimming lakes. Up to 4 people can be accommodated in the cozy house and benefit from a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The upper bedroom is designed as a loft. Experience the beauty of nature and leave everyday stress behind!

'IN THE HORSE STABLE' Door to door with chicken and horse

'IN THE STABLE' is located on the ground floor of the barn of the mill property. It used to be a stable.(Also check out my other apartment 'Barn Loft.') The room has low ceilings and small lattice windows. The room is suitable for people looking for a more cave-like, cozy retreat. Due to the oven and the cold floor, the apartment is not suitable for infants. In the cold season, it may be necessary to heat with the oven. See below.

Vacation home on the edge of the forest "Silberhaus" with sauna

We rent a beautiful, cozy vacation home. The vacation home is located on the grounds of the former Grube Maria directly on the edge of the forest. A little off the main building. Thanks to the high-quality amenities and some extras such as infrared cabin, wood-burning stove, sauna with outdoor shower, large terrace overlooking the forest and much more, our vacation home is the ideal place for rest and relaxation.

Hobbithaus

Unser ganzer Stolz ist unser einmaliges Hobbithaus, welches eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre bietet. Hier könnt Ihr eingehüllt in Mutter Erde völlig entspannen, die Seele in der Hängematte baumeln lassen, den Pfauen und Häschen zuschauen, wenn sie am Fenster vorbei ziehen, den Vögeln des Waldes zuhören, ein heißes Bad nehmen oder einfach nur das Leben genießen! Man kann sich selber verpflegen.

For short breaks (cyclists/boaters) who want to stay one or two nights at short notice. Simple equipment, single kitchen, shower and toilet on the first floor, upstairs bedroom with double bed. A roll mattress can be used for children. No TV, no closet. Located one street from the Lahn. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place.
