Wir selbst verbringen lieber Zeit in AirBnBs, in denen wir nach Lust & Laune kochen können, als dass wir in Hotels abhängen wollen. Wenn man also für einen gewissen Zeitraum bei umliegenden Firmen (wie z.B. Kärcher, AMG, Stihl, Daimler, Bosch, Porsche, Höfliger…) arbeitet, ist unsere Wohnung vielleicht auch das Richtige für Dich?!

Die Wohnung Brennerei ist eine von drei Ferienwohnungen auf dem Ferienhof Obertor. Die 66m²-Wohnung ist freundlich, hell und mit allem Komfort ausgestattet: WLAN, TV-Flachbildschirm, komplett ausgestattete Küche, begehbare Dusche , separates WC. Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Endreinigung sind inklusive. Die Ferienwohnung ist barrierefrei und somit auch für Gäste mit körperlichen Einschränkungen bestens geeignet. Auch für unsere kleinen Gäste gibt es viel Raum zum Spielen und Entdecken.

Our lovingly furnished attic apartment - please note that some stairs have to be mastered - has everything you need for a shorter or longer stay and is used by you alone. Quiet at the end of a residential street, close to the center + S-Bahn. The loft scores points with a covered southwest balcony, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, walk-in closet, washer-dryer, sauna area can be used by arrangement, charging option for electric car. If necessary, another double bedroom next door.

You are looking for a two-room apartment in a quiet location in the immediate vicinity of the highway feeder (2 min) and B14 (3 min). Then you are in the right place. The apartment is located in a central location: 3 min walk to the bus stop, 15 min walk to the train station and 10 min walk to downtown, supermarket in the immediate vicinity. (organic market 5 min walk, Aldi 10 min walk) In total, the apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 people ( sofa bed and bed)

You are quickly in Stuttgart, Waiblingen, Winnenden, Ludwigsburg or Backnang. S-Bahn station is Winnenden. The supermarket and bus stop is a few minutes walk away. The apartment has it's own entrance, is fully furnished with everything you need and you don't have to share it with anyone.

Prima Wohnung in Bus- und S-Bahnnähe

My place is close to an S-Bahn station (10-minute walk + bus connection right in front of the house). The journey time to Stuttgart Central Station is 30 minutes. My place sleeps 1-2 adults and is 36 square meters. It is a self-contained apartment/basement. Flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi are available. From a 7-day rental, there is a weekly change of linens and fresh towels and dish towels. Plates, cutlery and pots are available.

The bus leaves right outside the door in a few minutes to Winnenden and those who want can continue to Stuttgart by S-Bahn. The bedroom has a large double bed (2 m x 2 m). Another sleeping option is the sofa bed in the living room.

Oldest house in Marbach - Maisonette apartment

The duplex apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a historic and oldest half-timbered house in the city of Marbach. This is only a 5-minute walk from the S-Bahn or bus as well as the old town or a nearby beer garden on the Neckar river bank. Next to the house runs the main road through the town. Due to the low insulation of the half-timbered house, it can be a little more restless on weekdays.
