This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. As this house was renovated looking after the design and the details and also with some technical refinements, i am looking forward to welcome you into this cozy home.

The apartment consists of a beautiful living room with lounge area and fully equipped kitchen, a large bedroom with a 180*200 bed on one side and a TV area with desk on the other, and finally a bathroom with shower and toilet. In the village, a few minutes' walk away, there are several restaurants and a bakery.

Les draps, les torchons et le linge de toilette sont fournis. les frais de ménage ne sont pas déductibles.
