It’s about a 45–50 minute drive from Stavanger and offers easy access to both passenger and car ferries — ideal if you plan to explore other parts of Norway. The location is excellent for hiking enthusiasts: just a 20-minute drive to Preikestolen, with ferry options to Kjerag and many other scenic spots nearby. The highlight of the stay is the stunning view from the living area, which opens directly onto a front porch with outdoor seating — a fantastic bonus for relaxing after a day of exploring. The kitchen has limited counter space, so meal prep can be a bit tight, but it’s equipped with an induction hob for quick cooking. There are also two local supermarkets nearby (just check their opening hours in advance).
