Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Levy County

We had a truly wonderful stay at the property! Both the property manager and property owner were incredibly kind and attentive—always quick to respond to any questions we had. The property itself is massive, peaceful, and just what we needed for a relaxing getaway. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed using the kayaks and exploring the little beach the owner told us about—she gave us clear directions and made sure we felt at home. The location is great too, close to some of the most famous springs in Florida. What truly made this trip special was the unique experience with the animals. The owner rescued a sweet deer that visits in the early morning and at dusk—she warmed up to us quickly and was such a joy to be around. Precious and Ruby, her pets, were also very sweet and friendly, and we were able to feed the deer and spend time with the animals, which we loved. It was a perfect stay, and we’re already planning to come back!

I absolutely loved our stay. We vacationed with our young daughters. They also thought the home was beautiful! Food was near by, we were able to walk to the water, the park, the boat launch. It is the perfect location. I especially loved the outdoor swings. I can’t stop thinking about how great the location is for our family and hope we can come back very soon.

What a perfect place! Lots of traffic in the area and some run down houses nearby, but if you want to kayak and be near the confluence of both rivers and have a wonderful back porch that shuts all that out right on the river, then this is not an issue. Also, the Blue Run and Withlacoochee bike trail are just a short, quiet neighborhood ride away with just a very, very short bridge crossing in traffic across from Swampy's restaurant. Great accommodations and great location. Room was super clean and had all you need. Nice balcony to sit and look over the beach area, and within walking distance to everything. Only recommendation is to provide clearer instructions to using the key pad if you have a late check in. Would definitely stay there again!

Great little place in a quiet neighborhood. The house itself is beautiful. Looks like a dollhouse. The neighborhood is quaint. A step back in time. My only suggestion would be a couple of chairs for the cute little upstairs porch for stargazing.

What a wonderful place! We rented this as a quick weekend getaway and quickly fell in love with the house & view. The unit is comfortable and close to everything. We would definitely come back for a longer stay in the future.

Terrific spot right on the river, around the corner from the kayak shop so you can paddle over and catch a shuttle up to the KP hole, paddle back down and end at the dock right by your unit. Fantastic time, the place was clean comfortable and well kept. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a riverfront view and easy paddling access, very nice spot. A little tip turn the air down a few hours before you go to sleep the top floor takes a little bit to cool down. Thanks Matt for our stay in your beautiful spot.

Excellent stay. I was in town for an event and towing a 28’ trailer. There was more than enough room and Dennis was helpful in letting me know where to park. The property is peaceful and serene. One of my favorite Airbnb’s to date. I had accidentally locked myself out of the home and Dennis responded right away and sent someone to help me get in very quickly. Great host. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing time here. We loved the fact that we got the both of both worlds. It's situated both within a wooded area and near a body of water. The house was very clean. Everything we needed was available and labeled. We love being able to dock our boat. The kids also enjoyed fishing off the dock. The hosts were amazing provided local places to dine and even recommended fishing spots. We loved it here and will definitely book again. Thank you John and Ian for providing this amazing place!

The house was as advertised and our Airbnb host was extremely attentive. I have family in the area, we were able to visit them easily and go to a few springs nearby. Viv made sure our stay was very comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay here. My young son especially enjoyed the little hot tub! There are tons of games which was awesome. We needed the place very last minute and they were able to accommodate us quickly which was much appreciated. The place was adorable but my only small complaint is that the pictures in the listing are stretched and make it appear much larger than it is. This is very common and not meant to be a complaint, per se. Just something to be aware of. The host was great and we enjoyed our stay! Thanks so much for the last minute hospitality!

I have stayed at only 3 Airbnb's but this is the best one yet! The home is beautifully decorated, extremely clean, well stocked, and relaxing. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen has everything needed for cooking. The home is situated on the back of 8 acres with gorgeous landscaping...a gazebo, firepit, front and rear decks...many, many solar lights make it magical at night! Everything works and all is updated. Now the host is beyond accommodating. First...I was arriving a little early...the host was fine with that and was welcoming! Then, the morning I was leaving I had car trouble and needed a mechanic--one hour before check out time. The mechanic was going to be over an hour wait. I messaged the host and they allowed me to stay in the home beyond check out time--with Florida heat (even in May) this was very kind hearted of them. The host has bountiful gifts for the renter...snacks, drinks, toiletries. The personalized messages and little gifts are appreciated!

this was a amazing place !! The house was ready on time an there was nothing we wanted this house didn’t have . ie: kayaks, fishing gear with bait , grill,coffee pods oh an the big thing books , I mean best collection . Games the digital kind an old school cards etc . By far the best house I have stayed at so much fun

We've been coking to Cedar Key a few times a year for the past 14 years. This was the first time we stayed on that side of the Island. The condo was wonderful, looking forward to booking it again.

Had a great time at the condo. We felt right at home and enjoyed meeting new friends during the unofficial "happy hour". There is no shortage of things to do in the area and this was a great place to stay while visiting our daughter. We will stay here again. The only disappointing thing was that the pool temperature was very cold, but this was not any fault of the hosts themselves, the weather was unusually cold for FL during our stay. We still were able to use the pool during our stay.

We really enjoyed staying at this condo. It was clean and decorated nicely. the kitchen had everything we needed and it had a little balcony with beautiful views. We saw many dolphins while we were there which was a nice treat. The bed was comfortable and it was very peaceful and relaxing. We definitely will be returning to stay here again!

We loved our weekend getaway here! Sitting on the deck was so peaceful. So many seabirds and we saw dolphins soon after we arrived. The condo had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfy and we enjoyed playing the games they had available. We rented a golf cart and drove around the island and just enjoyed the peaceful scenery of Cedar Key. Ken and Marylee were fantastic with communication from start to finish. We would absolutely stay at their condo again on our next trip to Cedar Key.

The home was small but very clean!! Beds were very comfortable!! We recommend this to future guests!! Host were responsive!! Only issue was the bedroom TV remote didn’t work. Possibly batteries?

I’m a moved away local that our family of 3 needed a place to sleep between family events. Place was very clean and fit our needs. Our son was able to fish the docks and we enjoyed the evenings listening to the river. It’s a thing. The folks that are residents were very friendly, enjoyed that we were locals coming back and had fun swapping stories. We thought we were river side and that was my misreading.
