Lake is electric motors only. (2 pet max)Dogs allowed (aggressive breed dogs not allowed, all dogs must be leashed, no cats allowed). Short drive to Frankenmuth approx 40 mins.

We're just a brief walk away from 1 of 8 private lake accesses you're welcome to use! Our outdoor space is perfectly set up for vacation and has a BRAND NEW HOT TUB! Enjoy your coffee on the front deck, grill on the back patio & sit around the bon fire after dark in the privacy fenced yard.

Lake Life - Peaceful and Quiet

Bring the whole family. Lots of room for fun. Spend time barbecuing on the deck while the sun sets or relax with a fire by the lake. This spacious home is on a secluded private lake with all of the up north vibes but the benefit of being near the city. Nearby amenities include close access to I-75, Great Lakes Crossing, Top Golf and Pine Knob. The place also has a kayak, canoe and fishing gear if you feel like exploring the lake by boat! Lake Home -Walking Distance to town w/ Hot Tub

A great cozy cottage on Lake Orion with Kayaks and A paddle board. Walking distance to downtown bars and restaurants with a great fenced in backyard for cookouts! There is a hottub for cooler Michigan Nights. Option to rent the pontoon boat for an extra charge. Please be advised, there is construction occurring near the property so construction vehicles can be heard on occasion during the day/business hours. We do have an outdoor camera facing the street for deliveries.

Sandy Bottoms Inn

Welcome to Sandy Bottom's Inn. We're open ALL YEAR ROUND! Come and enjoy our gorgeous house with seven spacious bedrooms, 2 full baths and two fully stocked kitchens. Please note I do NOT supply blankets or comforters for the beds. Right across the road from Lake Huron and Ipperwash Beach with it's beautiful white sand. There are four public beach access roads right off of our street. This is a family cottage and we only rent to individuals 25 years of age or older.

Enjoy river views from every room. Relax on the private deck and dock and watch the sunset. Walk, boat, or bike downtown for a movie, coffee, drinks or dinner. Bedroom one has a queen sized bed. Bedroom 2 has a convertible desk which converts to a full sized memory foam bed. The 3 rd bed is a sofa that converts to a full bed in the living room.
