Old house completely renovated that can accommodate up to 6 people. The house consists of a living room/lounge/kitchen/toilet on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and mezzanine with double bed, then a shower room. Outside there is an enclosed garden with terrace. The house is ideally located south of Deux Sèvres, 40 minutes from Niort, less than 1 hour from Marais Poitevin, 1 hour from Futuroscope and 1.5 hours from La Rochelle.

Outside is an enclosed space for al fresco dining and a splash pool to unwind with a glass of wine. in the privacy of this enclosed space.Situated in a small hamlet a few minutes from the historic market town of Melle and an hour's drive from the stunning city of La Rochelle. Includes a double bed and double sofa bed could have 2 adults, 2 children or 4 people for short stay! Sorry no pets!

La Marceline Nature and Comfort gîte

Our cottage La Marceline, furnished in 2020, is located in a detached house facing south, open to a beautiful wooded area, in the heart of a small village. The living area of 60 m2 for 2 people consists of a very bright kitchen-living area, a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. In front of the house, a courtyard is available as well as a parking lot. For your short or longer stays, vacation or professional, you will find peace and comfort here!

Our cottage has been carefully arranged to offer all the comforts you need for your stay. With spacious and bright spaces, it can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people. Every moment spent here is an invitation to disconnect and conviviality.

La Maison Bleue, a Rural Gite & heated pool

La Maison Bleue is our 2 bedroom gite, sleeping 4 people plus 2 on sofa bed. There are two steps up into the converted barn, which is then all on one level. There is a double room, a twin room and a shared family shower room. Large open plan living area, dining area and fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for a self-catering holiday. Private garden with patio table, chairs, parasol and BBQ.

Cozy loft in the city

In a green setting we offer a quiet, warm, self-contained loft, a short walk from the city center, close to shops and 20'walk to the SNCF train station. We have kept the authenticity of the place and provide a complete service (linens, cleaning, hot drinks, private parking for your bikes or motorcycles only, firewood...). On 40M² we host independently from 1 to 4 people (a queen bed, a 130 sofa bed).

The Alley House

Come and relax in a typical country house in the countryside, at the end of a small cul-de-sac. 10 min from shops (Super U, bakery, etc.). The cottage is located in Caunay in the south of Deux-Sèvres, with quick access to the N10: - Futuroscope (45 minutes) - Marais Poitevin (1 hour) - Angoulême (45 min) - La Rochelle (1.5 hours) As well as many walks and tours (parks, castles, etc.)

The Haute Revetizon bread oven

Small single-family home restored in charm and authenticity with its magnificent bread oven. The house has a private entrance and spacious parking. The house has all the necessary amenities with its equipped kitchen. Guests can enjoy an enclosed garden and shaded terrace as well as access to the heated pool, children's games, petanque court and animals.
